President Biden on Friday took a shot at former President Trump in remarks to hail the August jobs report, calling out the job growth under his predecessor and top political rival.
“America’s now in one of the strongest job-creating periods in our history, in the history of our country. It wasn’t that long ago that America was losing jobs. In fact, my predecessor was one of only two presidents in history who entered his presidency and left with fewer jobs than when he entered,” Biden said in remarks at the White House.
His remarks follow Friday’s jobs report that found the U.S. added 187,000 jobs in August and the unemployment rate rose to 3.8 percent. Economists expected the U.S. to gain 170,000 jobs and maintain the July jobless rate of 3.5 percent, but the jobs report showed the labor market plateaued last month.
“We created more jobs in two years than any president ever created in a four-year, single four-year term,” Biden said, noting the U.S. had a 6.3 percent unemployment rate when he took office at the end of Trump’s term.
“We’ve recovered all the jobs lost during the pandemic, we’ve added a million more new jobs,” he said.

Whoever’s got it should just release it, then, not play one of these ridiculous teasing games. This is literally national security we’re talking about.
And, in 2024, Biden will preside over employment contraction due to another viral “-demic”.
He will then campaign on his record of increasing jobs again, just like last time!

He didn’t recover anything. After the pandemic those jobs came back and more would have come back were it not for Biden and the democrat’s job destroying policies.

Alex Gangitano needs to get off his knees and wipe his mouth for this piece of crap campaign ad for Biden. Never mentions how June numbers were lowered twice. Never mentions that what Biden said about Trump’s numbers were totally misleading.
No clue but that is what Newsmax said, sometime in October before Halloween, why, no clue..one person on twitter claimed its audio of Biden telling Fani Willis he’d pay her 1 million dollars to indict Trump..that I dont believe, first of all, she ran her entire campaign on Get Trump she’d do it for free she doesn’t need a bribe to do it..secondly, there would have to be someone there willing to tape the conversation and everyone Biden associates with is anti Trump and on Biden’s side so why would they do it

Yes, what was originally a “strong” 209K has been deflated to 105K two months later (original exp was 230K).

BS meter smoking the POS has only created about 3 million jobs all the rest are from the Covid call back jobs.
