President Joe Biden-appointed U.S. District Judge David Herrera Urias issued a decision Wednesday allowing New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham’s (D) ban on concealed carry in parks and playgrounds to remain in effect.
On September 13, 2023, Breitbart News reported that Urias granted a temporary injunction against Grisham’s September 8, 2023, ban, which prohibited concealed and open carry in larger New Mexico cities like Albuquerque. The ban applied to licensed concealed carriers, too.

First, if you’re properly concealing your handgun no one should know you have it.
Second, the people of New Mexico will get to see just who the cops and deputies are...you know? That whole...Back the Blue BS.
Third, at a time like this, with the millions that have come over the border, someone carry concealed just might save the day.
Ergo...carry anyway.

Who will obey the judges ruling? Not many.
The 2nd amendment is unconditional.
Especially with Hamas calling for a world jihad tommorrow , Friday 13th of October.......ya think people are going to leave their guns home? NOPE !
The jihadhis are known for shooting children i n p;aygrounds. Moms and Dads, make sure and carry your firearms, especially 9f you are goingto a playground or a park.

There are various degrees of “concealed. Tiny guns are easy to almost completely conceal. But when it is 90-100 degrees out, wearing a T-shirt? You have to then wear a cover shirt to carry say...a Glock 26. And even then, if you twist to look at something, you will briefly reveal a lump.
It needs to become a thing that when a judge is overturned on constitutional grounds, that becomes prima facie rationale for immediate impeachment.
Elections have consequences
Sheriff said he won’t enforce it. Albuquerque Police are not interested and overworked anyway. That leaves the State Police, but there aren’t many in the city and they have no desire to be regarded as the Governor’s flying monkeys.
Not worried in Albuquerque, the local parks are homeless camps and used needle farms.
Which court next to overrule this and how to get rid of this judge?
Yep, this is the wrong state and the wrong time for gun restrictions. Every Mexican and Central/South American is armed to the teeth. South of the border gangs and cartels have made that a necessity.
Looks like terrorist and other killers will be concentrating on parks and playgrounds. No opposition.

I’m sure that the Hamas and Hezbollah operatives that have been sneaking in to NM the last few months will obey Lujan’s orders and leave the parks and playgrouunds alone.
