The Russian navy has withdrawn from around Ukraine over the past month, but it still isn’t safe at its new anchorage in the eastern Black Sea warns President Volodymyr Zelensky, saying they will still be in range of the country’s newly acquired long-range missiles.
The Russian Black Sea Fleet — “functionally” defeated by Ukraine already, according to a British reckoning — has been repositioned to a new base in Georgia to escape strikes by Ukrainian forces, but even this won’t save them, a warning states. Making an address on Tuesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky vowed his forces would continue to strike using missiles and drones.

If what Zelensky says is true, if the Russian Navy isn’t safe anywhere, with the technology Ukraine has at hand, what makes the US Navy any safer based on the technology possessed by Iran or some other nation.
Zelensky’s war is a PR and financial one
The black sea is an oversized lake. The RN base was moved to GA and out of the war zone. Logical move.
That means Zeleskyyyyyyy shouldn’t need to bribe Bidenskyyyyyyyy for pallets of Benjamins anymore.
Does any nation possess hypersonic anti-ship missiles with a range of nearly 1000 miles.
A missile that could easily be fired from Lebanon or an Iranian Jet somewhere over Syria.
Somewhere out there is a “Boomer” with Z’s name on it.
There is something to what he says. The brass placing two carrier battle groups within range of 100,000 Hezbollah missiles should consider the damage suffered by the Russians.

How long until the US Navy isn’t safe? We cheer when the Moscow ship sinks, will we cheer when one of our ships sink? Drones and hypersonic rockets make all ships floating targets.
Time for Ukraine to sink Ruzzia’s ruzted and buzted aircraft carrier. It won’t affect the war but it will hurt Ruzzia’s precious feelings.
Or maybe sink something at Vladivostok.
