If these ballots were pre-printed, then there is no reason to claim that they could expose a secret ballot; name and VoReg#.
They should, by all rules, be public information.

It sounds like these defense lawyers are jumping ship because the county is destroying evidence of massive ballot fraud from another case in advance of the Trump trial where President Trump claims that he won the election.

Another question to be asked is whether these ballots also contained votes for the senate. Not one but two republicans were ahead but did not have 50% , leading to the runoff that democrats eventually won.
