Over the course of a single week, 17 convenience stores were robbed at gunpoint in the Democrat-run city of San Diego, which sits in the Democrat-run state of California.
“San Diego Police said that over the past six weeks, several armed ‘take-over style’ robberies have occurred around the county,” reports San Diego 7. “Police believe that at least 10 of those robberies are committed by the same group and say the same group may be responsible for other robberies.”
hat group is a gang of five thugs who flood the store in ski masks brandishing guns.
“Police describe the suspects as young men, possibly between 19-25 years old, wearing hooded sweatshirts and masks,” the report adds, “and are said to enter the stores in groups brandishing guns at store clerks while demanding money and products.”
So far, no one has been hurt.

I was in the NAVY 91-95 in San Diego. I absolutely LOVED that city.
It is a damn shame whats happened to that beautiful city. Just spent the weekend there. Stayed in Point Loma. Went to Coranado beach. The strand. Sunset cliffs.
Even in Point Loma, which is very expensive, there was a huge homeless encampment there. Another one on the other side of I-5 and downtown SD. Downtown is a total S hole. Homeless wandering around the USS Midway museum and Seaport village.
Democratic rule ruins another beautiful city.

I grew up in San Diego and it was awesome. We used to ride our bikes to the beach, to the zoo. Hang out in Balboa Park.
LOVED it. You are correct, it is heartbreaking to see what has been done to the once beautiful, sleepy, Navy town. (I am a Navy brat). I was there just last year and was shocked. Probably not going back, ever.
I see they omitted describing the majority race of the criminals. They must have been white supremacists.
Knowing how Democrats have rigged elections these
last few years we must ask ourselves:
"Did people really vote in those Democrats?".
The answer is most likely yes.
Especially in Democrat/Commie controlled states
like California.
However, I believe there are many places where Democrats
rule illegitimately and the people don't deserve
the crap that their Dem overlords are dishing out on them.
And I do believe the weird Dem voters deserve the
corrupt society they and their Dem rulers create.
And notice: Dems rule, they do not serve the people.
I’m sorry to hear that. It’s bad enough having been there only 4 years and seeing what it has become. I can’t imagine that being the city I grew up in. That would break my heart.
I missed the worst thing. There were illegal immigrants staying at the airport terminal. They were just sleeping in the floors! It’s insane!!!
Coranado did not have any of the ills that San Diego is dealing with. Beaches are clean. No homeless that I saw. No camps. That place is well sheltered from all the BS that San Diego proper has unleashed on themselves.
If I was staying in CA ( and had millions of dollars) I would stay in Coranado, Encinitas, or Carlsbad.

.....please feel free to comment but “somewhere” in my long memory history I vaguely remember a town, county or state where convenience store robberies got so bad that cops started hiding out in them with shot guns.
One or two would be robbers got blasted to pieces and that ended convenience store robberies in that town, county or state.
Lived there from 85-90, was a fun time. Left when traffic got really out of hand.
Used to see bumper stickers about not letting SD turn into LA. Did not work.
Then they elected a lesbian mayor and it really slid downhill fast.
During the 1970s and 80s the issue wasn’t just the convenience stores being robbed but that the robbers would murder the mostly white clerks and witnesses, which resulted in a new national pushback by clerks because they learned that they were being marched into the coolers and executed and being forced to kneel to be executed as a routine part of the robbery.
The cancer began in the Sixties in Ocean Beach, then spread from there to the rest of SD County. SD was paradise once upon a time.
We want our paradise back....
Or reparations—trillions of bucks.
