He’s now a self-proclaimed flight risk thinking openly of leaving. He should be remanded into custody immediately and held until his trial.

In my opinion, the Presidential pardon needs to be:
1) limited to Federal crimes,
2) only for crimes actually charged.
No hiding crimes with blanket pardons.
