Not only is that bogus government accounting meant to reduce real social security payouts, but it reported to have a big drop in rise in November, which is why they use the weird Nov and Nov calculation.
Just more pre-election campaigning from a likely completely government-captured entity (CAP).
It means nothing but that they were paid to concoct a report that endorses the pre-ordained notion from the Administration that “things are getting better.”
