Republican presidential primary candidate Nikki Haley is reviving former President George W. Bush’s so-called “Any Willing Worker” policy that sought to import foreign workers for American jobs at the direction of special interest groups.
During a CNN town hall in Iowa, Haley endorsed allowing special interest groups such as Big Agriculture, the tourism industry, and Big Tech to set legal immigration levels whenever they claim to have a labor shortage.

Nikki Haley may well be a US citizen, but in no way is she an American.
Let’s not give them the option to get entitlements
Business should be made 100% responsible for all welfare and public education costs if it wants to use immigrant/migrant labor.
This can be done through sales, stock and corporate income taxes.
Not to defend Nikki Haley, but for the life of me I have no idea what the hell “American culture” even is.

Why is no one distinguishing between legal and illegal immigration?
This seems so fundamental. We should welcome anyone who is willing to earn citizenship, and reject those that come here and disregard our laws.
The progressives have succeeded in distorting our vocabulary (illegal aliens = “dreamers”).

It will not change until this Regime collapses.
What does that mean in plain English?
That this current Regime is not capable of reform - only acceleration on the same path, or collapse.
Still don’t know what you are trying to say, is the “regime” this current administration and you are saying America’s immigration problems won’t be fixed until the next election?
THIS!!! Want to truly HELP this nation - economically, morally, and physically? shut off welfare and a major chunk of “disability” recipients.
And as has been pointed out here on FR for decades: SHUT THE BORDERS to 99% of the current legal immigration and immediately deport 100% of those here illegally - and do it expeditiously.
And tie LEGAL immigration allowances to actual needs AFTER Americans are put back to work (mandatory, no health care, no food aid, no rent assistance for those who refuse to work and/or make up excuses not to work).
Implement the Fair Tax or the FLAT Tax (either is FAR more fair and “equitable” than the current, graduated “progressive” system that penalizes success and effort).
Nikki Haley is on the list of politicians I will NEVER vote for under ANY circumstances - if the ballot had Nikki and Joe as my only two choices, I will simply not vote on that line. I see neither as a greater or lesser evil. Haley is the very WORST kind of “neo-CON”.
If only Nikki had them.
The “Current Regime” is:
-”the Show”: the entire USA elected political class including the establishment Republicans (for immigration, especially the Repubs). The only ones not part of it are the politicians they try to put in jail - like Gaetz and Trump
-”the Bureau” - the public sector bureaucracies
-”the Castle” - Defence, Intel and Law enforcement
-”the Factory”: large private corporations
-”the Cathedral”: elite Universities, elite media like the NYT and the most influential Foundations. (this is the source of prestige in the system, and the most influential)
The power of all these institutions at the Federal level for the USA has to be collapsed in order for any Rightward political change to occur.
“the Show” is the least important and least powerful of all these entities. The individual players and controlling party changes frequently. Yet on issues like immigration, nothing fundamentally changes, just the rate of invasion and replacement.
You still can’t focus, you just keep posting longer and longer posts.
