Since 2000, up to 104 people have been charged with an HIV-related crime in Maryland, according to a new report by the Williams Institute at UCLA School of Law. The state’s HIV-related criminal laws are disproportionately enforced based on gender and race. Black people, and Black men in particular, are overrepresented in HIV-related crimes.
Black people make up 30% of Maryland’s population, 71% of people living with HIV, and 82% of HIV-related criminal cases. Black men comprise 14% of the state’s population and 44% of people living with HIV. However, they make up 68% of people accused in HIV-related criminal cases.

'Over-represented'? LOL! No, they're represented just fine.
It's only that they commit the crime more often.

The pressing question is how do these laws address the fact that the Covid jabs were adulterated with HIV, which governments around the world sponsored and promoted?
To: alexander_busek
I wondered the same thing.
I guess the HIV crime is knowingly infecting someone else with it.

What in tarnation is an "HIV-related crime?"Maryland has one HIV-specific criminal law that makes it a misdemeanor for a person living with HIV, who is aware of their HIV-positive status, to “knowingly transfer or attempt to transfer” HIV to another person.

The article even mentions a big clue.
71% of HIV infections are in black people.
Wow!!! The small population with the highest representation of HIV infection somehow, inexplicably, gets arrested for spreading, or trying to spread it to others.

I'm honestly shocked that Sissy-Maryland has more robust laws against HIV transmission than my conservative Texas.

Someone should ask Scott Adams how to fix the problem.

You will have to forgive Alexander for being a little slow on the uptake on this one... it is late afternoon where he is at, and he probably just woke up from his nap...

What they won’t tell you is that the bulk of these infections are clustered densely in the eastern portion of the state, mostly around DC and leftist Baltimore.

I was pretty sure that I knew what they meant with "HIV-related criminal case" - I posed the rhetorical question in order to express my ire and impatience with stupid journalists who can't / don't dare state the plain facts in the first sentence, and instead prefer resorting to obfuscating circumlocutions.
