I hope the judge takes the witnesses' demeanor into account when he considers their testimony before ruling on disqualifying Willis and Wade.

I don't think he needs absolute confirmation in testimony to reach a conclusion of evasion, and I hope that he considers evasive behavior just as good as verbal testimony to reach a conclusion.

Possibly group work where everyone in the group gets the same grade. I don’t know how they pass a bar exam, though. As far as I know that cannot be taken by a group. Does someone have to pass the bar to get a political position?

It may depend on the state. Some states don’t require the bar as long as you practice in state.

Yeah. My point is that they only have to convince the judge, they don't have to worry about one woman on a jury claiming a "black thing" to hang the jury.

I think this judge knows exactly what's going on and will rule based on the evasive behavior. That's why he's telling the lawyers to move on, because he "got it already."
