Someone on Gutfeld said President Trump was actually below the law (ie law abiding).

Its a classic straw man line of attack. She states without pushback, that President is arguing that he is above the law. Thus she pushes this narrative that any reasonable person would agree with, except its false and not what President Trump is arguing in court. He is arguing that immunity exists from (malicious) prosecution for carrying out official duties as President, namely here, expressing concern that the 2020 election included fraud enough to alter results and should be looked at thoroughly before being allowed to stand forever.
Big difference from what she is attacking him with and the main stream media democrat friends will never point that out.

Wow. She is just a “talking point” candidate. Presidents can’t be looking over their shoulder thinking that any decision they make will get prosecuted by the next administration in the name of “politics”. Hasn’t happened before and this country would cascade into each successive administration suing the prior one. Is that what she wants or just to get Trump out of the way?!!

Unless he’s too elderly. And then he can do whatever he wants.

Nikki’s career, as a Republican at least, is now as dead as Mitt’s and Liz’s.

All presidents have absolute immunity when acting within the scope of their jobs. This has ALWAYS been the case.

Trump was investigating election fraud as the chief executive officer of the United States is thus absolutely immune from prosecution. Otherwise will will press charges against Biden the second he leaves office for his numerous crimes.

Haley on Trump Immunity Claims: ‘No President Should Ever Be Above the Law’

Neither should a President ever be *BELOW* the law, as Trump currently is. The *LAW* is supposed to be fair, not a tool for punishing enemies of the state.

And he and his pal are still embedded in our important agencies— acting on his commands (or at least ValJar’s).

Nikki Haley is a free agent running for U.S. Senate, and her “presidential campaign” is her method of advertising|marketing|trolling to see which state with enough RINO’s, will draft her.

- my guess

Well some ARE above the law.
Past Dem excuses that were used:
While “X” did the crime, no court would find “x” guilty.
While “X” did the crime, “X” is too stupid to prosicute.
While “X” is guilty, “X” said they did not know they were violating the law.
While “X” is guilty, there was no intent
