Progressives bashed the Supreme Court’s unanimous ruling that states could not disqualify former President Donald Trump from appearing on the 2024 presidential ballot, with some even suggesting that the court be “dissolved.”
In a historic ruling, the Supreme Court said only Congress can disqualify a federal candidate from the ballot using the Fourteenth Amendment’s “Insurrection Clause.” The ruling — which comes right before Super Tuesday — overturned a 4-3 opinion from the Colorado Supreme Court in December that banned Trump from appearing on the ballot.
Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold (D-CO) said in a post on X she was “disappointed”: I am disappointed in the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision stripping states of the authority to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for federal candidates. Colorado should be able to bar oath-breaking insurrections [sic] from our ballot.

Ditto for Congressman Santos (R-NY). He was not convicted of anything, yet RINO TRAITORS sided with the Democrats to get him kicked out and have the seat taken by a Democrat.
USA is and I agree with it, is like hotel California “ you can check in anytime you like, but you may never leave” in reference to the land and resources of that land.
Individually people can leave at anytime.
I’d gladly donate to a fund to buy international airplane one way tickets to anybody and everybody ( even those in Jail or prison for non-violent offences) that wants to leave. they just surrender their passports prior to departure. So they can’t legally get back in.
This does two things
#1 Gets rid of our home grown trash
#2 Gets rid of people that support violating our laws or refuse to enforce them.
Side benefit ICE gets funding that would normally go to the useless Shiites, so they can deport the existing supply of illegals.
Use parachutes for deportation Helps that industry also.

I was telling my wife that analogy earlier. Akin to accusing someone of murder with no evidence, not brought in for a trial, no jail, no conviction, but an unhinged liberal mob hanging the accused innocent guy anyway.
They have no rights without the Constitution so there’s that.

Which option does that leave them with?

I'm telling ya man, I'm hearing it more and more here in HELLINOIS that this state may just go red after all the illegal immigrants in Chicago, soaring crime rates, Prickster going after families, Christians, homeschoolers and anyone who refuses indoctrination. It's f'n crazy in this shithole! We may finally be at the breaking point.
The next time the Deomcrats control the White House, Senate, and House of Representatives at the same time (which could be as soon as January 2025), they may revive the idea of expanding the Supreme Court. Six new justices picked by a Democrat President would give them the majority they want. Even four more would mean a 7-6 liberal majority which could often result in an 8-5 or 9-4 decision.
Why are they so worried? I thought they won the popular vote by 7 million?
How did the SCOTUS strip the states of authority to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, when the states never had such authority in the first place?
Just like Portland vs. Oregon, Las Vegas vs. Nevada, and many others: Your state IS red. It’s that big city inside it that’s blue!
