The merger of Truth Social’s parent company and the special purpose company set up to acquire it was completed Monday.
Shares of the combined company, which will be named Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the ticker symbol DJT.
TMTG, as a publicly traded company, will continue to be led by Chief Executive Officer, Devin G. Nunes, and its existing management team.
Shares of DWAC, the special acquisition vehicle, soared on Monday. At around noon, they were up by more than 20 percent.

I’m sure Nunes has become very wealthy by hitching his wagon to Trump, becoming Truth Social CEO, and steering the company through this merger. Well deserved.

and I also remember Trump arriving at our building in Menomonee Falls earlier in the spring of 1995. He arrived from the airport in a limousine with a police escort.
Our company bought a million of the initial ten million shares at $14. Within a couple hours, the price had risen to over $20 and we began selling. After the price dropped back into the mid-teens later that day, some of it was bought back. So indeed, millions of dollars were made for our clients and mutual funds that day. I’m not sure how much was still held after 1996.
But Traitor Joe just started calling him broke Don.
We got in under 20.00 a share. We are in it for the long haul. It will be exciting to see what he has in the works to combat fake news. This is not just about Truth Social. For those on TS, under groups there is a group for thus stock, called DWAC right now.

I wouldn't have a problem with Devin. He's been very loyal to Trump and MAGA. RATS went after him when he was head of the House Intelligence Committee, chastising him for going to the White House during the Russian Collusion hoax. There was an investigation, and during that time, he temporarily stepped down as Head, and was eventually cleared of any wrongdoing. You know the RATS, they aren't happy unless they're crucifying innocent people.
Pretty sure the guy that started the group on Truth Social is the same guy that has the group on Reddit that I follow that’s more active.
And he earned it on the up and up, not like crooked Joe, who used his kid as the middleman to cut illegal foreign deals, in order to get his cut.
