Conservative commentator Megyn Kelly predicted former President Trump will be easily convicted in the hush money case he faces in connection with adult film star Stormy Daniels.
“Oh, he’s getting convicted. I don’t really think there’s a lot of mystery about that,” Kelly said Tuesday during an appearance on NewsNation’s “Dan Abrams Live.” “He shouldn’t, but he’s going to get convicted. The jury’s going to hate him.”
“Manhattan went 92 percent, between 87 and 92 percent for Joe Biden,” she told host Dan Abrams. “That’s where this is going to be tried. These are not Trump lovers.”

I do not remember the details either, but his lawyer was totally incompetent or there would have been a contractual document that protected Trump from any and all future claims on her part..
As for the criminal complaint, since when has the victim of blackmail become a criminal...especially when, as it is claimed, the lawyer representing him at the time stated in writing that Trump had no knowledge of the payment thus relieving him of any accusations that he mislead investigators?
The judge is an ass or he would have thrown the case out of court long ago.

I hope and pray that you are right because God has a limit of how much sin he can watch a nation commit . And we have blood not only on our hands. It’s dripping off our hands all the way to the floor. This nation has turned its back on God. When the Lord was disgusted with Israel because their sins were grievous he would let the invading armies over take them and slave them with their own rules and evil kings. I feel like that’s where we are at right now. There is a scripture line where the Lord says. This is why Biden is confident he will win. Convict Trump, GOP RINOs Reject a “felon” and put in DeSantis/ Haily ticket. Tell Trump to retire or go to jail. Biden Wins bigly. No chance for protests as we will be in WW III and all protests seen as illegal and pro-Putin. The drafts comes in and we raise 25 Million troops to invade Russia. A hung jury would just result in a new trial on the same charges. It would also provide the DA there with continuing leverage.
But it will not take place before the November election.
For a non crime. NDAs are not “hush money” extortions. I have signed dozens of them for my fabrication shop and as a contract engineer.
