I would say that Israel‘s response is going to almost completely depend upon how much, and what else, Iran and its proxies send in Israel’s direction. Let’s not forget who started this entire mess, it was an Iranian proxy that came across the border into Israel, and barbarically murdered about 1200 people (including women, children, and infants) and took about 250 more hostage. They broke the then-existing cease fire, and the only reason there is still combat going on is because they refuse to hand back hostages and stop the hostilities that they started.

The response and damage that Israel inflicts will be solely on the backs of Hamas/Iran/Hezbollah.
