Jesse Ventura: I Could Beat Both Biden and Trump
Breitbart ^ | 04/18/2024 | Pam Key

Posted on 04/18/2024 6:14:51 PM PDT by ChicagoConservative27

Former Minnesota Reform Party Gov. Jesse Ventura said Thursday on CNN’s “OutFront” that he could beat bothident Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump in a hypothetical match-up.

Ventura said, “I’ll tell you this Erin, I think right now I have no, I’m an individual, I don’t have a big bunch of people behind me or none of that. But I’ll tell you this, if I had ballot access in all 50 states and I were allowed to debate, I could beat these two major party candidates. They would be easier to beat then Attorney General Humphrey was and Mayor Norm Coleman was back in 98. And here’s why Humphrey and Coleman were not disliked. Nobody was not liking the election at all. This election you got two major party candidates nobody even wants to see this election, let alone vote in it necessarily. And I guarantee, I be the youngest candidate that’s for sure.”

Here we are, living in a time where even the journalists don't know the difference between the words "than" or "then". (Where's that "Regards" Freeper who catches all this stuff?)

>>This election you got two major party candidates nobody even wants to see this election.

Ventura starts out with a false premise, right out of the gate. Trump is on a tear, having mopped the floor with all his primary challengers, and getting voters who voted for Biden in 2020, switching to him out of buyer’s remorse.

And he’s seeing historic support among Blacks and Hispanics. We just saw a spontaneous crowd of supporters in Harlem, of all places, shouting “We love Trump”, and this clown says nobody wants to see Trump run. I wonder if he’s been knocked about the head recently. Maybe his mother dropped him when he was a baby.

A senile snail could beat Biden (if there’s ever an honest election again). As for beating DT, not likely given how wildly popular Trump is (after all the false charges and persecution of him, especially). But could V get a respectable number of votes? Yes I’m sure he could.

He’s not entirely crazy. The system forces Republican v Democrat but a normal speaker would win this year with ballot access. That’s why ballot access is near impossible because you wouldn’t have controllable people. Trump is a different beast entirely though. He isn’t typical and is basically the normal speaker in the race. That will force them to cheat and continue to rig the election which is why this is even close. In a free and fair election it would not be close. They’ll have Trump tied up in court for months so Biden can keep up with Trump on the campaign trail. It isn’t hyperbole to say the Democratic process is dead in what was once the freest nation on the planet.
