Er no, birth control pills are not the same as cortisol shots. I’m in my mid-30’s and have been on the pill since I was 13 to regulate my hormones without any damage to my immune system. Maybe leave the medical advice to the guys and gals with medical degrees?

Um... both are hormones and hormonal usage over time (if you can’t avoid it) has health consequences. There are studies linking birth control hormones to cancers... but there just studies... but you’re right, there’s a some data plug in’s to usuage. Age, health, genetic background. And again these are studies... how much do you understand studies and what value does one apply to studies is a decision point.
