The US Coast Guard nabbed three suspected gangbangers aboard a migrant ship headed for American soil — who were sought for a 2020 shooting in Puerto Rico that left four people dead.
The migrant ship was spotted by a US Customs and Border Enforcement plane and intercepted by the Coast Guard Cutter Winslow Griesser in the Mona Passage on Friday, officials said.
The three suspects were taken into custody and turned over to a Dominican Republic navy ship, the Coast Guard said in a press release on Tuesday.

all the gang bangers are coming over now- why woudl they stick aroudn their own countries when America is offering them many times what they get there, and all the protection that their corrupt governments gave them back there? Twice the crime- twice the protection- many times the annual ‘income’- what’s not to like?
Puerto Rico is the US.
They may have been on a Dominican Republic flagged vessel, which might have given the DR first crack at them.
Not sure of the specific legalities involved.
They’ve already registered to “vote”, have medical cards, food stamp cards, “Pahtay Money”, credit cards, gift cards, cash, driver’s license, Cellphones, tickets to the NBA playoffs, union cards, Get Out Of Jail Free cards and a fresh diaper change. Some of Sandy Beach Aoc’s home boyz voter base.
