States (in other words you) should not have to pay. This is cosmetic medicine to change one's appearance.

If I were a grandma I'd self-identify as a youthful 18 year old woman and demand the state pay for a facelift and liposuction.

That would be fair, don't you think?

Transgenderism is a mental disorder, not a sex.

This will bring down the Republic. We will become independent states. I will not comply with their ridiculous “transgender” edicts.

As more of these types of decisions are handed down, sure, some people will comply. But there will be those who will not, and the seeds of civil war will be more firmly planted in a society going to blazes.

Biologyphobic judges should be removed from the bench.

It is either elective cosmetic surgery or it is maiming. Neither should be covered by insurance.

The money should be taken from the court budget then.

Everyone in America has grown up with printed, fiat money, where member banks get bailed out by the Federal Reserve, and Federal Government can create infinite debt, for all their political schemes, which can be purchased via monetization, in one way or another, by our Central Bank.

So it allows for “infinite rights” and it allows costs to be born by everyone, and no one at the same time.

Anyone connected to our vast, bloated political and government apparatus can’t imagine a world without it.

I only read the first part but from the ruling, it says that they cannot determine sex/gener without discriminating. So what if I said I wanted a hysterectomy? Since I am male, that is a physical impossibility so what the heck?

The majority decision in the Fourth Circuit federal appeals court said existing constitutional rules forbidding sexual discrimination also forbid denials of transgender surgeries in state-run healthcare programs.

This does not strike me as "Putting the Woke away".

I just knew that the “straw that broke the camels back” would be something stupid.

Forcing me to pay for genital mutilation to “adjust” someone to their mental disorder goes TOO FAR.

imposing trandgeneridm by judicial fiat.

We can state in the law that “sex” or “gender” in all federal law refers to the biological sex/gender and not to any identity dysphoria induced pretense.

Enough! These satanist judges should be removed from the bench.... oh, if only Americans had proper representation.

If we’re to live in a banana republic we should at least have bananas.

Thank you for referencing that article packagingguy. Please note that the following critique is directed at the author of the article and not at you.

"Eight Democrat-nominated judges shoved transgender surgery closer to becoming a constitutional right via their decision Monday in a federal appeals court."

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Mr. Munro evidently doesn't understand that new constitutional rights require the states to appropriately amend the Constitution.

"The majority decision in the Fourth Circuit federal appeals court said existing constitutional rules forbidding sexual discrimination [??? emphasis added] also forbid denials of transgender surgeries in state-run healthcare programs."

Regarding so-called existing constitutional rules forbidding sexual discrimination, the only sex-related protection that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect limits the federal government's power to finding legislative remedies for voting rights issues, evidenced by the 19th Amendment.

So if court "magicians" are trying to pull politically correct, Democratic vote-winning transgender surgery out of the “magical hat” Civil Rights Act of 1964 and its titles (aka legislating politically correct "rights" from the bench to keep Democrats in power), consider that probably most of that act and its titles are unconstitutional imo.

In fact, if race-related federal civil rights protections aren't reasonably related to 15th Amendment voting rights protections, then they are likewise unconstitutional imo.

"15th Amendment:
Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.

Section 2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
