UCF Vice Chair Harold Mills was arrested for soliciting a prostitute and indecent exposure this week after he showed his penis to an undercover agent in Altamonte Springs’ Sanlando Park, according to the Seminole County Sheriff’s arrest report.
“These misdemeanor allegations are being investigated independently by me and my team and as most know, facts as they unfold are often markedly different than what is initially reported,” Mills’ attorney, Mark NeJame said in a statement Saturday. “However, none of this should overshadow the immense contributions that Harold has made to the underprivileged, the arts, business and his countless employees over the years.”

The way the story is worded with avoidance of reference to the prostitute’s gender, it is probably a homo encounter.
After seven decades of living in increasing moral decay, I am still so naive that this never occurred to me when hearing the story.

If the Vice Chair is looking for hookers, he has no moral compass.

Harold Mills, 53, is facing prostitution and indecent exposure charges after Mills allegedly contacted undercover agents on a hookup app while at Sanlando Park in Altamonte Springs. The undercover agent met Mills at his car in the park’s parking lot where Mills asked for oral sex, an arrest report says.
The SCSO employee, 35-year-old Leroy Green, contacted agents through the same hookup app while at Liberty Park in Lake Mary, documents show. Agents said Green was wearing a sheriff’s office T-shirt that read “Youth Services” on the back when he was arrested. Green was a juvenile intervention specialist, SCSO said. He’s facing similar prostitution and indecent exposure charges.
When deputies searched Green’s car, they found his department gun and ID badge.
SCSO said agents were in the parks to catch people engaging in “lewd and lascivious behavior.”
Mills’ UCF Board of Governors appointment term expires in January of 2026. WESH 2 News reached out to UCF and multiple board members for comment but have not heard back.
Mills was also on the board for Lift Orlando, a partnership between business and residents to strengthen communities. Eddy Moratin, president of Lift Orlando, gave the following statement:
“Lift Orlando is aware of the serious allegations made against Harold Mills, and we’re addressing them promptly with our board. We will provide updates as more information becomes available to us.”
Green and Mills posted bond Friday and were released. Mills told WESH 2 News he denies the accusations.
Green resigned following his arrest, SCSO said.
Two other men were arrested in the sting.

Intersectionally speaking, he’s the real victim here and cannot be held responsible.
For those not familiar with Central Florida, in Winter Park on one of the lakes is a place called “Dinky Dock”, Since at least the 1960s the bathrooms there have been regular hook up places for random homo “encounters”. Everyone knew it/ knows it. Every few years it gets so bad that it drives normal people away from the lake so the cops do stings and make a bunch of arrests. What’s interesting is that invariably they net known local professionals with too much to lose to be doing crap like that. Lawyers, judges, businessmen - many of them married with families. Yet, that doesn’t deter them. Their compulsion is just too strong.
No telling how many cases of AIDS have been contracted there since the 80s.
This is a good example of putting the lie to the claim that male homosexuals *as a group* are no more promiscuous than heterosexuals.

I taught night courses in Winter Park back when one could drive through Orlando in a reasonable amount of time (20 years ago), but I didn't know the place that well 🙂
No different than everyone, including the vast majority who would never go there, knowing where the hookup places are in one's area.
