The Department of Justice (DOJ) is seeking a 40-year prison sentence for David DePape, the man convicted of attacking now-former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) husband in October 2022.
Federal prosecutors said Friday that the sentence would “reflect the nature and circumstances of the offense,” USA Today reported on Saturday.
When the initial incident happened at the Pelosi residence in San Francisco, California, police were dispatched to the scene and later said DePape attacked Pelosi’s husband, Paul, with a hammer, Breitbart News noted.

Paul Pelosi is a well known old queer, who cruises San Fran gay bars for rough trade. That is a fact. What this break in guy was about was trying to get paid for something he had previously done to/for Paul Pelosi in a prior encounter. Revenge quite common among the violent homo male sector.
For example, the last son of Dr. Phillips (major citrus grower in Central FL who left a still huge foundation in his will, with his son running it until he wasn’t)— was found dead at the hands of a homosexual he went with to a hotel in San Fransciso for “anonymous” sex.
