Opposition to war against Iraq may have spurred an American Muslim soldier - known as a disgruntled loner - to fatally shoot one comrade in Kuwait and wound 15 others with grenades, military sources said yesterday.

Sgt. Asan Akbar, 31, is "a Muslim, and it seems he was just against the war," said a source. Other sources agreed his alleged attack appeared to be "politically motivated" and that he was opposed to killing fellow Muslims.

On a driftier note, I can only vaguely think back to the long line of, ahem, of success of afro-American conversion to Mohammadism. Yep, the correct path. To prison.

A black female friend of ours remarked, "These stupid b*st*rds end up on The Hill and next thing ya know they all stop eating pork. What the hell is up with that?"

He was not immediately charged but could face the death penalty.

He better. And Soon.

Try this punk under the UCMJ and carry out the penalty, pronto.

I agree with Dajjal. This entire incident can be chalked up to political correctness. If there was enough information to keep this kid away from the action, there was enough information to keep him safely stateside and away from sharp objects. The fact that this turkey was strolling through a US military installation with grenades just boggles the mind.

Maybe it was those adds, "Pork, the other WHITE meat."

Although I do admit that since they leaned out pork, it isn't as good as it used to be. If I want tasteless, dry white meat, I might as well buy some super foam chicken.

...not allowed to fight in the first Gulf War

...enlisted in the army in 1998.

Ooops! The facts belie the propoganda. Good catch.

The answer: long pig.

More fat less lean. OK with Dr. Atkins.

Whenever some lefty starts crying about the food supply getting short and "what are we going to eat?" I give them the eye and say long pig. They don't get it, naturally.

Court Martial in theater. Firing squad at dawn following conviction. This is not a civilian law case, it seems. Sergeant Akbar is a one-man sleeper cell. There may be more like him near other HQ's.

The PC mindset has got to break down in the face of this obvious, clear, and present danger from Muslims of so many stripes. This is a (somewhat rare) case where everyone should, as a normative maxim, be howling for blood. Howling!

And demanding that all muslim American service personnel be disarmed and removed from the theater of operations immediately. Their deceptions may run deep.

Portraying this terrorist Sergeant Akbar as merely a resentful "lone nut" is dangerous because he is almost certainly a participant in an organized global jihad effort.

According to Gaffney, we have eleven Muslim chaplains in the military, with eight of them being Wahabbi.

I saw him say that the other night! Unbelievable. You are absoutely right about the PC restrictions causing great, and quanitifable, harm to our country.

Biological middle name "Fidel." Muslim nomiker now. Mother was a Communist and then a Muslim? This apple didn't fall far from the tree.

There was a Black Muslim convert who was arrested in Portland Oregon area last fall. His middle name was Lumumba. His commie parents got him off to good start too.

A spokesman for his parents, who live in Easton, Pa., said, "We do want to honor Chris. We have suffered a loss in our family. We are grieving right now."

Captain Seifert was an only child and his wife just had a baby four months ago. And the crap black Muslim is the one who did it. He better fry!

See...See!!! Can't we all agree that Akbar is the real victim here...?

"He wouldn't try to take nobody's life," she said. "He's not like that. ...."

Well, nobody except his fellow soldiers' lives.

Heartbreaking. A good, decent and brave soldier dies and leaves a young family without a father/husband and already people are calling the Muslim terrorist in uniform a victim. I hope he fries, too.

Akbar was a ''straight-A student" and a ''half-genius," she said

There ya go- it was just a matter of time. The ol' "He was always such a good boy. He was an honor roll student.' excuse.

""He wouldn't try to take nobody's life," she said. "He's not like that."

He took at least one life, and tried to take 15 others.

Mom, your son IS exactly like that.

Can't help but wonder : WHY was this man brought to a place where he could harm his fellow soldiers ? Doesn't the Army have stockades any more - or, 9if that would have been too extreme a solution, why was he not transferred to ...let's say : The 2nd Mess Kit Repair Bn in Water Moccasin, Alabama ?
