When the girl asked him why he cared so much about people with diabilities and that before and since his administration they do get as much help...

I did.
The questioner detailed what a speaker had said to the class as to why he thought that Clinton did not choose Jackson.......
- Jackson added nothing to the ticket that Clinton didn't already have
- Jackson might "steal" some of Clinton's spotlight

Of course, Clinton agreed with the first reason and couldn't disagree more with the 2nd.
I didn't hear if Clinton added other reasons of his own, but knowing him, I'm sure he rambled on for awhile.
