It’s much much easier to change denominations that to sell all of your belongings and move to another country where you may not speak the dominant language or know the customs. Your syllogism is faulty in the extreme.
If I believed that the Catholic Church were just a man-made denomination, I shouldn't be a Catholic in the first place. You can change "Catholic" to "Orthodox" in that sentence, and it's still the same thing.
You're assuming low-church Protestant ecclesiology, which is a fact-not-in-evidence.
Bob beat me to it! The correct analogy would be “If you stay in the Democrat party, you’re complicit”. It’s arrogant to conflate loyalty to the cult of pomp with being an American.
You must not think much of your particular "denomination" if you're so ready to abandon it for material comfort.
Those who believe in the One, True, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church would rather go through martyrdom than apostatize.
Changing denominations would mean giving up on the fullness of all Seven Sacraments found in the One, True, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church.
You may or may not believe in the Seven Sacraments, but as a well Catechized Catholic it certainly not something to be given up lightly -- even stupid bad Popes that has happened before.
God will sort it out -- we pray and stay!
God Bless!
