What do you mean by "vatican approved"?

The Vatican has never deemed any Marian apparition of being obligatory of belief by all Catholics.

Your taking a leap a la FR anti-Catholic standard

Here’s what I mean take it or leave it

The Vatican always says, and means it, that one is not obligated to believe the apparitions of the Blessed Mother. The Blessed Mother never says one has to believe an apparition

Vatican approved means after complete investigation after the apparition has ceased that it was the Blessed Mother that appeared and not an imposter. Not a believable supernatural apparition.
