Please pray for my health. I am having several different issues, and I'm not sure if they are related. Acid reflux, sinus infection/headaches.
Pray that I will be wise in knowing just how to treat this and when/if I should seek medical help.
It is keeping me from getting rest at night.
Sometimes doctors can lead us astray.
If you have problems getting one scheduled, you should seek out another doctor. I hope you can get the help you need. Let us know how you make out.
You are constantly in my prayers and have my deep sympathy for what you are experiencing.

Remember that spring is coming and stuff is starting to bloom. I have had to start taking my allergy meds already !!!

free advice, not a doctor. sinus and gut are connected. upper resp infection or sometimes allergy issues. new allergies and gut problems two of the classic symptoms of spike protein poisoning via long covid or jab.
sinus treatable at otc with nose sprays, flonase and saline rinse, nebulizer, nasal swabs (i use dilute 10% povidone iodone), nasal drops, pure colloidal silver spray and combos of both. right diet and probiotics (i like Align for bifido restoration) important for gut. if you do home remedies, do your due diligence and get your treatment right. study, meditate and pray hard.

Excessive or long term use of ibuprofen csn cause reflux problems.
If you cannot go to a doctor, or wisely are cautious in trusting one, consider seeing a doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, ideally one with decades of experience, who uses both acupuncture and herbs (The two sub disciplines complement each other, though each is powerful in its own right.)
The discipline evolved over thousands of years of careful, meticulous observation and experimentation, forming a completely different theory of the body revolving around a set of basic functions which become imbalanced in one of a few ways.
Where Western medicine comes in and kills a pathogen, TCM looks at why the pathogen got a foothold in your body to begin with. I can say, I had a problem Western medicine could not fix, and I was supposed to do all sorts of crazy stuff the rest of my life. Two months with a doc of TCM, I was 100% cured, and it never came back.
Look on google for ones near you, try to get acupuncture and herbs, and then look at the user ratings to find a good one.
It was nothing short of miraculous for me.

I should have clarified, one doesn’t have to eat everything on the list. I ate mostly rice and bananas for convenience. Hubby hates bananas so he ate alot of rice.
The whole point is to eat things that are easy to digest in the intestines. Once the intestines are calmed down then the stomach calms down. Given time, both will gradually heal. Think of BRAT as a menu where you can pick and choose. Look into it.

Prayer Of Healing For A Sick Friend
Heavenly Father, I lift up my dear friend who has contracted a serious illness, and Lord, You know better than I the difficulties and problems that this is causing. Help us all to turn to You in this time of deep distress and surround my dear friend I pray, with Your comforting arms of blessing. Pour into all our hearts Your peace that passes understanding. Strengthen our hearts, and calm the fears of all concerned, with the blessed hope that we all have in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Lord, I place the life of my dear friend into Your safekeeping, and pray that Your hand of blessing would carry us all through the coming days and weeks. And Lord, I ask that Your healing touch would be upon this dear one, whom we all love so deeply.
Lord, Your healing hand has not lost its power and Your arm has not lost its strength, and so I pray that You would reach out and flood healing into the broken body of our friend and that You would bring wholeness to their soul. And Lord, we all praise You that no matter what the outcome may be, Your grace is sufficient for all our needs and that Your love for each is never-ending.
Comfort and bless this dear friend of ours and may each of us know with assurance that You are in control, and that nothing can happen of which you are unaware. In Jesus’ name,

Reflux can be caused by so many things. Mine was caused by sleep apnea
