Father, like a submarine that needs adequate pressure within itself to counter the crushing pressure from the sea, we need your Word and Holy Spirit to possess us and keep us whole in this evil world and to address our needy soul. Deliver us from addiction to bad news; addiction to bad/evil relationships; addiction to bad behavior and habits. Help us walk in the light as you are in the light, i.e., change our daily habits to life-giving habits. Anoint us to break every yoke and fetter that hurts us and others. Deliver us from constantly repeating that same mistakes and sins that keep us bound and hurting.
I ask my brothers & sisters to agree with me as we come against fear, unbelief, discouragement and disappointment - in Jesus name! Abundant life, faith, hope, charity and an expectation of deliverance, peace and wholeness (the Lord's Shalom) - possess your people - in Jesus name! Let it be! - Amen!
