Chilling video shows the moment a crazed neighbor executed a father and his stepson in cold blood in a Brooklyn apartment hallway during an argument over noise Sunday night. Williams grew up. A woman emerges from the apartment and exchanges words with the neighbor, who was identified by cops Tuesday as Jason Pass, 47. A short...

A professional bodybuilder who trusted the Covid vaccine enough to challenge anti-vax conspiracists to use him as a case study suddenly died last week.Author and veteran competitive bodybuilder Doug Brignole, 62, reportedly passed away last Thursday, with not much else known other than the fact he was extremely fit and healthy prior to his death and was evidently preparing to compete in the 2022 AU Mr. Universe competition in Las Vegas this week. Following his untimely passing, netizens discovered Brignole was gung-ho about the Covid vaccine, so much so that at one point he encouraged anti-vaxxers to use him as...

An autopsy found that financier Jeffrey Epstein sustained multiple breaks in his neck bones, according to two people familiar with the findings, deepening the mystery about the circumstances around his death. Among the bones broken in Epstein's neck was the hyoid bone, which in men is near the Adam's apple. Such breaks can occur in those who hang themselves, particularly if they are older, according to forensics experts and studies on the subject. But they are more common in victims of homicide by strangulation, the experts said. (please see full article at link)

Ryan Belcher, 29, was at the end of his workday Thursday when he heard a loud crash outside. He explained to "Fox & Friends" on Monday he noticed a Jeep Cherokee flipped upside down, and he rushed outside toward the wreckage. Recently, I had the privilege to sit down with Ernestine Shepherd at the Book Expo of America in New York City. As we converse, Expo attendees walk by and stare in awe. I look up to scold them, "Please, stop staring. I'm only a man, just like any other man!" I shout. Then I realize their attentions are directed at Ernestine. For you see, to be 5-5 and 120 pounds with less than 10 percent body fat and a bench press of 150 pounds is very impressive as far as virile, young women go. But in a day and age...

If you imagined the typical Jewish physique, bodybuilder is probably not what would come to mind. In pop culture, Jews are skinny and bespectacled like Woody Allen, or chubby and unshaven like Seth Rogen and Jonah Hill. Sometimes the rare tough and rugged Israeli shows up, fighting terror and being macho. But big, buff and tan — that’s something you rarely see. So how did a nice Jewish girl end up becoming a champion in the sport of hulking supermen like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Ronnie Coleman? In Erin Stern’s case, it all started with three centimeters. Three centimeters is not...

Bodybuilders by the thousands say they're angry at The Chronicle over its coverage of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. They're so upset that the subject line of every e-mail includes the word "outraged." At 2,828 e-mails and counting over the last 10 days, that's a lot of indignation. They say the paper is unfair, that Schwarzenegger has done more than anyone in history to promote good health through bodybuilding, and that the paper should celebrate, not denigrate the governor. You'd think that much feedback would make the paper sit up and take notice. Lesser campaigns have kept me working into the night,...
