Attention New York state tax-payers: thanks to the state of New York, you're covering the bill for the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) to confiscate a 34-yearold alligator from his caretaker, an extensive examination and initial rehabilitation by a vet in Massachusetts (implying transportation costs to and from vet), and transportation to an “authorized alligator rehabilitation facility” in Beaumont, Texas, to be housed at Gator Country Adventure Park (wouldn't a facility in Florida make more sense?).
DuckDuckGo search of same shows news articles at the top. Granted it’s the usual suspects - MSN, Washinton Post, CNN, but YT is at the bottom of the list.
HuffPo headline screams, “Donald Trump Wildly Suggests Biden Was Ready To Kill Him In Mar-a-Lago Search”. I take my entertainment where I find it.
From the article: "The encampment stretches about three blocks on E. 12th street, between 17th and 14th Avenues. The city has made attempts to clear it previously, but it continues to grow larger."
Check Google Maps for "E. 12th Street, Oakland, CA", then find the intersection with 16th Ave. Select "satellite view" of the map, then look at E. 12th Street between 14th and 17th Avenues, and you'll see the squatters' tents.
Looks like more than "just a few", but I agree with your sentiment.

Agree.
‘04 Tundra 4WD w/160k on the odo. Well used, but not abused.
I was considering a new Tundra until the EPA mandates kicked in, and the 5.7L was replaced by the turbo V-6.
I will consider a Ford when I NEED a new truck, but will wait until current truck dies. If Toyota reintroduces the 5.7L or comparable, all bets are off.
I remember that, but it was before I was old enough to buy alcohol. I did keep an eye on Jax Liquors for soda sales, which were normally REALLY good prices ($5-$6 24-can case). Same drive through, toss the case in the back seat.
What stood out to me was all the board members were previously board members for food and beverage companies, and not the healthy foods and beverages that fitness-oriented people would consume.
Introduce your seriously bitchy cat to the cold, snowy place when she bites.
A spray bottle of water works, too. Shake the bottle before you spray, so she’ll associate the sound with the spray. It won’t take long before you’ll only have to shake the bottle.
In local financial news, the Dunkin at 4300 Veterans Memorial Blvd, and the Krispy Kreme at 825 Clearview Pkwy, as well as local food delivery services, are showing a steep profit growth this quarter.
