The Chief Justice - regardless of who it is - has a long tradition of assigning the decision writing to the most unlikely person as it emphasizes the unanimity or near unanimity of the Court in a particular decision. These would be cases that would be considered major or the votes are counter intuitive. This was not a gun decision per se, but a free speech case that involved a gun, of course.
It is also true that sometimes the Chief Justice will change their vote in a major case, to side with the majority, even if they do not agree, so the Chief Justice can write the decision to limit the damage or scope of that particular case.

Awesome. So the flag will be on the Nov ballot? I was not aware of that and I have not read of any voter revolt in MN. Is the state legislature that radicalized?

LOL!
Oh brother...to go around scared of your shadow.
I had an incidence with my debit card and got it back in 30 seconds. The bank took care of the issue with the 3rd party.
If people were afraid to use their debit cards, the benefit banks derive from its use (no checks to process, no cash to count) would cease. All banks reimburse any misuse on the spot.

Fine with me. It is always a good thing for voters to get what they voted for. I want more so the voters fully understand their votes have consequences.
However, after living together for 7 years, the courts recognize a common law marriage, so civil/secular law does recognize it as such. But I get it, in the eyes of the Lord, there is no marriage.
I will be glad to spin it. Trump also got many primary records in 2020 and it did not matter in the long run. Penn is a closed state and that is a significant protest vote against him. It will be very very close in Penn.
Israel has been bombing Syria for years. The reason is Iran will store thousands and hundreds of thousands of rockets in Syria for use by Hezbollah and when Syria gets a new shipment, Israel will often bomb the site.
Israel has bombed the Damascus airport a number of times.
The press never reports it, but Israel routinely gets hit by rocket fire from both the north and south, often daily, and has for years. There are some Israeli towns in the north that are no longer habitable.
A few years ago, Israel accidentally shot down a Russian fighter jet in one of its Syrian bombing runs. They normally inform Russia when they will bomb so they will get out of the air during that time. And yes, Russia has given permission to Israel to bomb.
I have to assume Israel bombed Iranian military targets that happen to be in Syria and Iraq.
Didn’t we send American lives to be lost in Iraq only for it to be controlled by Iraq?
No it won’t. We are docile and accommodating. One of the reasons the DOJ went after J6 so aggressively, was to intimidate/prevent future marches/protests/groups from expressing their point of view.
Very few republicans have spoken up on Trump’s behalf and that won’t change. The truth is the republicans are ok with everything that happens to Trump.
