The Constitution tasks the federal government with regulating immigration and controlling international borders.
No, it doesn't. The Constitution allows the federal government to make a uniform rule of naturalization for the States to follow. It does NOT give it jurisdiction over unauthorized foreign nationals crossing the border.
Abbott has staged an attack on "leaders of color" by shipping illegal immigrants to Chicago and New York
They aren't objects being 'shipped', they're being sent where they request to go.
Don't like the fact undocumented people of color are coming to your town? Then don't try to make political hay until you've forked yourself into a corner.
Um, nope! That's like saying a homeowner is responsible if burglars die by tripping over a no trespassing sign in your yard while breaking into your home.

Since there’s photographic evidence of crackhead Hunter dinking little girls, you better be happy it hasn’t morphed into something more than just ‘cruel’ you enabling pile of stinking trash!
And while Texas doesn't have any explicit laws against intentionally spreading HIV, people have been prosecuted for it under general criminal laws. It's apparently considered assault to intentionally or recklessly infest someone.

Maryland has one HIV-specific criminal law that makes it a misdemeanor for a person living with HIV, who is aware of their HIV-positive status, to “knowingly transfer or attempt to transfer” HIV to another person.
