Give it a name like CHUD, or CHOP, maybe even ‘War on Wall Street,’ Have some liberal college students organize it, and some government funded nonprofit organizations back it. If they register voters in there, maybe they can get direct government funding. Create a problem and then there will be another government organization to deal with it.
It kinda reminds me of when Micheal Jordan played minor league baseball for the Birmingham Barons. The year before he joined the team, the Barons drew almost 3000 fans per game. The year he played for them they drew almost 9000 fans per game. That’s a three fold increase in attendance. The next year the attendance dropped to about 3500 per game. The hype will increase attendance, but only in games she plays. The rest of the league will linger a long with the same amount of attendance.
Thus happened in 2020 also, but the Republican convention was after the dead line. The Alabama state legislature voted to allow Trump to be on the ballot. Biden will be on the 2024 ballot.
The XFL lost over 60 million dollars last year, and it’s only saving grace was to merge with the USFL Which made a little money via their television contracts. He knows his ass is on the block if he ends up isolating half the fan base.
John McCain ran for office saying he was going to do away with Obama care, and he was the deciding vote to keep it. With a thumbs down as a signal to Trump. RINO’s are deep in Washington not just in congress but in the bureaucracy itself.

Trumps voters aren't going anywhere. It's the Biden voters that are going to split. Cornel West, Jill Stein, Robert Kennedy Jr. and the NO Labels party will take votes away from the incumbent.
We need to make sure Cornel West, and Jill Stein are on the ballot in as many states as possible. They only take votes away from the democrats. Kennedy will be alright. He is just shining the light on the democratic party.
I think it ebbs and flows. People are holding real estate in their portfolio. In a few years it will be advantageous to sell the property. Then it will come back around to people holding it again.

to crusty old prospector
Commission is negotiable. We paid 5% to sell my mother’s house. I do believe a house that is not selling, the real estate agent should drop the commission to as low as possible in order to sell the property. I am ok with them charging a commission, but I live in a state where there is no set commission. It can be whatever you agree on.
