Democracy Partners brought forth this civil lawsuit against Veritas over five years ago, after being exposed for employing dirty campaign tricks in the 2016 presidential race. In 2016, Project Veritas Action journalists gathered undercover footage over the course of six months as they exposed the dirty tricks orchestrated by political consultant, Bob Creamer, President of Democracy Partners, and its affiliates. This includes what was described by then-Democracy Partners affiliated member and director of Americans United for Change, Scott Foval, as “Birddogging”:

Facebook blocked news in Australia in response to potential legislation making platforms pay publishers for content, it also took down the pages of Australian hospitals, emergency services and charities. It publicly called the resulting chaos “inadvertent.” Internally, the pre-emptive strike was hailed as a strategic masterstroke. Facebook documents and testimony filed to U.S. and Australian authorities by whistleblowers allege that the social-media giant deliberately created an overly broad and sloppy process to take down pages—allowing swaths of the Australian government and health services to be caught in its web just as the country was launching Covid vaccinations. The goal, according...

: ...a great many of our active supporters are health care consumers and health care providers who want to make informed health care choices, including vaccination choices, for themselves and their children. Many parents, who support our work, are not philosophically opposed to the concept of vaccination and do not object to every vaccine. However, they are philosophically opposed to government health officials having the power to intimidate, threaten, and coerce them into violating their deeply held conscientious beliefs in the event they conclude that either vaccination in general or, more commonly, a particular vaccine is not appropriate for their...

“When porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) showed up, I was boots on the ground. When porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) rolled in, I was boots on the ground,” [Scott] Dee says. He’s served the pork industry as a swine practitioner for 12 years, a university professor for 12 years, and a researcher for 11 years – allowing him to see the industry from so many different perspectives. Maybe it was that unique vantage point, combined with his different way of looking at the problems at hand that helped him achieve legendary success over the years and is behind his...

The image-focused social platform is putting in place new rules that means it will no longer be possible to post content that denies the existence or impacts of climate change, the human influence on climate change, or that climate change is backed by scientific consensus. Misleading posts, including those that misrepresent scientific data will also be banned.

This week shockwaves were sent through the liquor legal world when Privo filed an antitrust lawsuit against Southern Wine and Spirits (Southern) and Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC). The complaint takes aim at alleged anti-competitive behavior of Southern and RDNC acting together to destroy Provi’s business and create their own model based on Provi’s success. It shines a light on the concept of wholesalers behaving badly in the marketplace. [snip] Provi, started in 2016, gained momentum with its great and convenient service and signed up national accounts such as Chili’s, Red Robin, Benihana, P.F. Chang’s, Cinemark and AMC Theatres.

Over his many years as the leader of Russia, President Vladimir Putin has dedicated a lot of time and effort to controlling history. The Kremlin works hard to ensure Putin’s constructed worldview, in which Russian greatness is derived from the country’s past glory and suffering, is taught in schools and shown in all media and academic discourse as reality. A shocking and important example of this was the closing late last year of the Memorial human rights organization, which investigated Soviet repression, with the prosecution claiming that Memorial “creates a false image of the USSR as a terrorist state and...

Invaluable lessons have emerged from the Ukraine crisis — one is the validation of India’s age-old apprehension of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). Promoted with the supposed objectives of preventing the misuse of nuclear weapons and fostering complete nuclear disarmament...[snip]Not only have the NPT ‘nuclear weapon States’ not destroyed their stockpile, their belligerence and intimidatory expansionism on the ‘have-not’ nations has been disconcerting. From unsubstantiated case of the WMDs (Weapons of Mass Destruction) in Iraq, reneging of Iran N-treaty despite IAEA’s confirmation of full compliances, China’s blatant territorial expansionism, to now Russia’s free run in Ukraine — the privileged five...

Gavin Newsom likes to say that San Francisco is 49 square miles surrounded by reality. Well, okay then. In reality, he’s actually ripping off a line from Jefferson Airplane’s Paul Kantner. [snip] San Francisco makes this hard. It makes it expensive. A March 4 memorandum from City Administrator Carmen Chu reveals that San Francisco will not enter into contracts with businesses headquartered in most of the United States — 28 states in all. Official travel to those states is also forbidden. And this list includes some surprises: Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Wisconsin. As a result of this vast boycott,...

Okay for the Hoft-haters:::Here is a link to the same information but a different source. https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1503334079667658752.htmlhttps://tinyurl.com/2p9ejshh Tulsi Gabbard destroyed Mitt Romney in some early morning tweets today after Romney called Gabbard treasonous over the weekend for pointing out the Biolabs in Ukraine. In a Twitter storm this morning, Tulsi Gabbard destroyed RINO Senator Mitt Romney and called for him to do the right thing and resign. Over the weekend, Romney said that Gabbard’s treasonous lies may well cost lives. This was in response to Gabbard speaking out about the Biolabs in Ukraine.

The Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission are investigating whether moguls Barry Diller, David Geffen and Alexander von Furstenberg violated insider trading laws by buying Activision Blizzard options shortly before the video game company announced an acquisition by Microsoft, the Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday—but Diller says they didn’t have prior knowledge of the impending deal. The children were sexually and physically abused and suffered from neglectful supervision and medical neglect while at The Refuge, a facility located in Bastrop contracted by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, a current Refuge employee reported to state authorities on Jan. 24. The court and the court monitors — watchdogs of the foster care system appointed by the judge — were not notified until Thursday. That employee said a former staff member sold nude photos of two children in the facility’s care, using the proceeds to purchase illegal drugs and alcohol that were then supplied to the...

Nadia has asked me to reflect on Ukraine’s experience – and its success – after 25 years. NED was there from the beginning, nurturing the active roots of civil society in the 1980’s. Ukraine is different from Russia, where (as NED’s Nadia Diuk has pointed out) the state has been the concept around which all ideology and values have revolved, whereas in Ukraine, society or “hromada” has been at the center, and NGOs have been called “hromads’ki orhannizatsii” or civic organizations. In 1988-89 NED supported work on the Ukrainian Catholic Church through Keston College, among others; Americans for Human Rights...

Previous reports had indicated that the Bioweapon Labs in Ukraine numbered 13. Apparently, there may be underground labs that may increase that number to 30. The labs were sponsored and built by Germany, France, Israel and the US under the auspices of NIH, DoD and Walter Reed. As the Ukraine conflict began, a mass dismantling of these US illegal labs was ordered by Zelensky. Fortunately for the West, most of these ‘innocent tonics’ were sequestered to the US for safe keeping. Of course their existence is being systematically ‘deleted’ from all reference including expunging NED’s funding of anything Ukraine, the...

On Wednesday, a Canadian doctor presented evidence—straight from an Australian study on Pfizer’s COVID-19 “vaccine”—corroborating the idea that the spike protein in COVID-19 “vaccines” enters the cell nuclei. According to Dr. Mikolaj Raszek, this is the first evidence he’s seen to back up the discovery last year that the SARS-CoV-2 full-length spike protein potentially enters human cell nuclei and interferes with the mechanics of fixing broken and damaged DNA. If this is true, in theory, then the spike protein “could be a mutagen because it prevents the fixing of our DNA.” https://archive.fo/8X17s

A coronavirus pandemic which lasts five years, another pandemic in a decade, and ever more transmissible variants are among the scenarios life insurers are predicting after COVID-19 claims jumped more than expected in 2021. The global life insurance industry was hit with reported claims due to COVID-19 of $5.5 billion in the first nine months of 2021 versus $3.5 billion for the whole of 2020, according to insurance broker Howden in a report on Jan 4, while the industry had expected lower payouts due to the rollout of vaccines. "We definitely paid out more than I had anticipated at the...

In what may be the first legal case of its kind globally, a petitioner in India is seeking to prosecute Bill Gates, Indian vaccine czar Adar Poonawalla, and Indian government and public health officials over the death of a 23-year-old man who died after receiving AstraZeneca’s Covishield vaccine. Kiran Yadav late last year filed a criminal writ petition for murder, Smt. Kiran Yadav v. The State of Maharashtra & Ors. (herein referred to as Yadav v. Maharashtra), with the Bombay High Court of Judicature, on behalf of her deceased son, Shri Hitesh Kadve. Her son was vaccinated on Sept. 29,...

A watchdog group is asking the Justice Department about its decision to waive ethics rules and let the administration's top Supreme Court lawyer argue a landmark affirmative action case involving her former employer, the Washington Free Beacon has learned. Protect the Public's Trust filed a Freedom of Information Act request Wednesday for information about Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar's involvement with a legal brief the administration filed urging the Court to reject a lawsuit accusing Harvard of bias against Asians. Prelogar, a former Harvard employee, is barred by the Biden administration's ethics pledge from participating in the case without a waiver....
