This is a different kind of cancel culture. Even President Ronald Reagan’s failed assassin-turned-folk singer is too afraid to step foot in the Big Apple — calling it a “cesspool of crime” after canceling an upcoming gig. “I’m afraid of New York City and I just don’t want to go there right now,” John Hinckley Jr. — who tried to kill Reagan in 1981 — told The Post days after pulling the plug on a June show scheduled on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Hinckley announced the performance on X last week but pulled out because “he said New York is...

The Musk post was condemned by the White House, as you know, large companies like Apple and Comcast, the parent company of NBC news have pulled advertising from the platform. What was your reaction and what is your concern when you see a post like that?”

In response to a legal settlement following the New York City Police Department’s response to the 2020 Black Lives Matter riots, the NYPD will be adopting new policies including sending fewer officers to protests in order to protect the rights of activists. According to NBC 4, on Tuesday a 44-page agreement was filed in Manhattan federal court that creates a tiered system of response to protests and requires the department to deploy fewer officers to most public protests. The agreement also bans “kettling,” a tactic that traps large groups of protestors in order to arrest them. The agreement still needs...

BAYVILLE, New Jersey — The heartbroken boyfriend of bullied New Jersey teen Adriana Kuch can’t stop crying and re-watching an online video of the cruel attack that led to her suicide, his mom and Adriana’s dad told The Post on Friday. A St. Louis transgender treatment clinic is under investigation for allegedly harming up to 600 children, after a whistleblower said doctors bullied parents into giving their kids irreversible hormone drugs, and even performed gender-transitioning surgeries on them. Jamie Reed, a former employee at the Washington University Transgender Center at St. Louis Children's Hospital, alleged the hospital administered a litany of irreparable treatments to minors, often times without parental consent. Speaking about her claims Thursday night, Reed said doctors would use questions like 'Do you want a dead daughter or an alive son?' to suggest to parents of children seeking sex-transitions...

Who is in your potential dating pool? That was the question asked in a recent study, and the choices included a variety of gender “identities,” including cisgender woman, transgender man, and someone who is non-binary. Unsurprisingly, 87.5% of individuals only chose either cisgender man or cisgender woman (translation: man or woman!). And one of the study’s authors, writing for Psychology Today, is upset about these “societal prejudices.”

Twitter launched a new tool that allows users to secretly downvote tweets to “better surface the most relevant content,” the platform said in an email to MRC Free Speech America. Twitter will be able to poison tweets that leftists don't like by moving negative replies to the top and burying favorable comments. The Verge published a report Feb. 4 headlined, “Twitter expands downvote test worldwide.” The platform initially gave the option to select web users, but will expand it to include iOS and Android users. “Unlike on sites like Reddit, total tallies for upvotes and downvotes aren’t public, but are...

Back in 2015, President Trump condemned his ex-pal Jeffrey Epstein’s private Caribbean island as a “cesspool” — and he invited reporters to grill Prince Andrew about the place, according to newly resurfaced footage. “That island was an absolute cesspool, there’s no question about it,” Trump told reporters, according to a clip posted by the Sun newspaper. Just ask Prince Andrew,” Trump dished, flashing a slightly mischievous smile before adding, “He’ll tell you about it. The island was an absolute cesspool.” Trump linked the Duke of York to Epstein’s so-called “Pedophile Island” while talking to reporters about President Clinton’s own links...

Obama's transformation of America into a corrupt political cess pool transformed the Department of Justice into the Department of Injustice After Sen. Jeff Sessions was nominated by President Trump to lead the Department of Justice, Sessions faced a firestorm of Democrat questions and one major demand; that he not interfere in the Democrat’s efforts to overturn the election of President Trump. To everyone’s surprise, Sessions rolled over like a dog, took his treat and turned the Democrat’s plan to frame President Trump over to Rot Rosenstein. In turn, Rotten Rosenstein immediately picked his fellow swamp rat Bob Mueller to pick...

Recent moves by Ms Le Pen to appeal to a wider audience seem to be working as she has removed herself as the leader of the Front National party, and rebranded her campaign with the new motto “Choose France”. Pollster Harris Interactive, who correctly predicted the result of the first round, revealed a six points slip by Mr Macron since last Sunday. Ms Le Pen said: “The country Mr Macron wants is no longer France; it's a space, a wasteland, a trading room where there are only consumers and producers.” The latest polls were conducted prior to the announcement that...

Ted Cruz is considering rescinding his reluctant endorsement of Donald Trump, according to multiple reports. A Ted Cruz aide confirmed the talk to ABC News, and a source gave similar intel to CNN. BuzzFeed News reported that the Cruz camp said there's "nothing to share right now." Trump earned a hard-fought endorsement from Cruz about two weeks ago. The Texas senator said the Supreme Court and other policy issues superseded his own personal disagreements with Trump. In the wake of leaked audio of Trump's lewd comments about women, Cruz tweeted Friday that the remarks were "disturbing and inappropriate."

Tuesday in riot-torn Milwaukee, Donald Trump pointed out a very blunt and irrefutable truth: “The Democratic Party has run nearly every inner city in this country for 50 years, and run them into … ruin,” with “crime policies, education policies, and economic policies [that] have produced only more crime, more broken homes, and more poverty.” And indeed, wherever we look—Atlanta, Camden, Newark, St. Louis, Chicago, Flint, Detroit, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington—we see one-party cities that are crumbling testaments to the awesome power of bad ideas. Specifically, Trump referenced “the situation right here in Milwaukee, a city run by Democrats for decade...

South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley said Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump should use a more civil tone while campaigning, warning that divisive rhetoric could ultimately lead to violence on par with the 2015 Charleston church massacre. “I know what that rhetoric can do,” the Republican governor told The Associated Press on Thursday. “I saw it happen.” Haley spoke to the news agency just weeks before the first anniversary of the June 17, 2015 killing spree in which a white man murdered nine black churchgoers, reportedly because he wanted to ignite a race war. In the new interview with AP, Haley...

Jones — whose screen time will be sharply cut after he publicly bashed the show as “filth” last year — CBS’ hit sitcom is going to add a recurring and possibly permanent lesbian character named Jenny. She’s the 21-year-old illegitimate daughter of the late Charlie Harper, who was played by Charlie Sheen, who himself was booted from the show after tangling with his bosses. The role...

After weeks of carefully managed political repair work that has lifted Anthony Weiner from sexting scandal punch line to front-runner in the New York City mayoral campaign, he suddenly faces a threat from someone who’s not even in the same race: Eliot Spitzer. The former New York governor’s surprise entry into the city comptroller’s race now means there are two sex scandal-comeback stories competing for the media’s attention, and the constant mention of both in the same breath has once again put Weiner back under the lens of infamy he has worked so hard to escape. “It’s horrible timing, just...
