A Los Angeles Sheriff’s Deputy was shot in the back execution style by a well-known gang member with a long rap sheet on Monday. Prayer request for my injured Mom. My 84 yr old Mom fell last night while away traveling with my youngest sister and injured (broke) her hip. After driving hours back home in the middle of the night they got to the ER around 1:30AM. The xrays show the hip is badly broken. She has been admitted to the hospital, is on pain meds and awaiting surgery. Surgery will be either today or tomorrow - not sure when yet - waiting on the surgeon.
