LIMA, Peru (AP) - The Inter-American Court of Human Rights has upheld the conviction and 20-year sentence of Lori Berenson, a New York native imprisoned in Peru for terrorist collaboration with Marxist guerrillas, President Alejandro Toledo said Thursday.
