I have an LCD flat screen computer monitor. I turned it on a little while ago and most of what I see is wobbling slightly. However, I do notice the extreme right side of the screen seems to be steady (insert political joke here). I restarted my computer but the problem remains the same. The brightness of the screen remains the same as before so I don't think this is because the screen is somehow fading. Anybody know how I can fix this.

For a couple of days, my computer screen bounces every 10 or 15 seconds (the cursor bar on left goes up and then a few seconds later down). I thought starting the computer over again would hel[, but it does not. Any ideas? - my eyes are going buggy.
