U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika on Friday rejected a bid from first son Hunter Biden to dismiss gun charges against him. Special counsel David Weiss has alleged that the now-first son lied on a federal gun form about his drug use and that he possessed a firearm while using illegal narcotics. He has pleaded not guilty. Noreika rejected the first son's claims that the case was politically motivated in denying the motion for dismissal, according to the Associated Press.

April 9 Letter from FERC to KRRC, ‘… Kiewit has aborted the Iron Gate Development drilling program in its entirety…’ .. This is part of a series about the Klamath Dam Removal project in Siskiyou County. The removal of dams along the Klamath River in Siskiyou County, Northern California was sold as necessary to save salmon – specifically, “to restore habitat for endangered fish.” The dams are part of the Klamath project, a series of seven dams built in the 1910’s and 1920’s in the Klamath Basin to bring electricity and agricultural water mitigation for Southern Oregon and Northern California,...

President Joe Biden should be “impeached and imprisoned” for pledging to direct funds to Bursima Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company that employed Hunter Biden, former White House stenographer Mike McCormick reported in a new book. Joe Biden played a role in the family’s foreign influence-peddling “conspiracy” in Ukraine, Townhall’s Rachel Alexander reported based on excerpts of McCormick’s book, The Case to Impeach and Imprison Joe Biden: McCormick became aware of the criminal nature of the activity after poring over the emails on Hunter Biden’s laptop, which allowed him to put it all together. “When I worked for him, I thought...

More than a dozen House GOP privacy hawks have blocked the House of Representatives from advancing a Speaker Mike Johnson-backed bill to renew a controversial federal government surveillance tool known as Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). It comes hours after former President Trump posted on Truth Social, "KILL FISA, IT WAS ILLEGALLY USED AGAINST ME AND MANY OTHERS." Nineteen Republicans voted against their party leadership

President Joe Biden’s Justice Department has uncovered "inconsistencies" in Fulton County district attorney Fani Willis’s use of federal grant funds, the Washington Free Beacon has learned. The bombshell discovery comes two years after Willis fired a whistleblower who had warned the district attorney that her office was attempting to misuse a $488,000 federal grant to pay for "swag," computers, and travel. It’s that same grant that the Justice Department’s Office of Justice Programs now says is plagued with reporting discrepancies from Willis’s office, errors that federal authorities only disclosed to the Free Beacon after providing contradictory statements regarding awards Willis’s...

Our justice system is a goner. The writing was on the wall the moment Douglass Mackey got a federal prison slot for posting an anti-Hillary meme. Then, seeing J6 patriots branded as domestic terrorists and political prisoners sealed the deal. And when they threw a parade of sham indictments at President Trump, also known as “election interference,” well, that was the cherry on top. However, if anyone’s still thinking our system might have a shred of fairness left, this latest saga ought to flip that switch for you and prove once and for all that the US Government is the...

A legal group headed by ex-Donald Trump adviser Stephen Miller accused the Defense Department on Thursday of failing to answer a request for an Obama-era memo that may reveal pertinent information surrounding the 45th president’s classified documents indictment. America First Legal in January filed a Freedom of Information Act request to compel the DOD to submit information pertaining to a “secretive” technology committee created in 2014 under then-President Barack Obama in response to foreign cyberattack threats. Miller’s group argues that the Presidential Information Technology Committee “creates a presumption that the President controls all information he receives” and says that it...

NATO is going to “build a bridge” towards Ukraine becoming a member state of the defensive alliance, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on the organisation’s 75th birthday. North Atlantic Treaty Organisation member states met in Brussels at the alliance’s headquarters on Thursday to toast the 75th anniversary of its founding, among them U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken who like others used the occasion to discuss renewed Russian aggression and the potential place of Ukraine among its members. He emphasised the view, already articulated multiple times by NATO leaders in recent years, that “Ukraine will become a member...

An elderly, single friend of mine had to quickly downsize due to some health issues and contracted with an estate liquidator, with my help. The liquidator was listed as a preferred servicer in some trusted real estate literature, so we thought it would be safe. It was an off-site sale since his home needed to be empty for listing (long story) and the liquidator said it would be 30 - 45 days for settlement of the sale. Contracted movers were very friendly, local, and vouched for the estate liquidator. More than six months later and dozens of calls, and the...

The Village of Dolton, Illinois' monthly town hall meeting has made national headlines yet again for fiery confrontations with scandal-ridden mayor Tiffany Henyard. Henyard has been accused of misdeeds ranging from weaponizing police in retaliatory business raids to spending taxpayer money on luxuries like traveling to Las Vegas. Last month, Henyard reportedly vetoed the board’s resolution to probe her spending over purported misuse of funds. While the FBI has allegedly already begun to investigate Henyard for purportedly misusing her local police force, the board’s resolution had called for the FBI to do further investigation into her spending of the town’s...

Jesse Watters ran a devastating segment last night on radical Judge Juan Merchan who silenced President Donald Trump from talking about his family’s financial ties to the current junk case he is presiding over against Donald Trump in New York City. Judge Merchan should be impeached for this lawlessness. This is peak corruption and cannot stand. Jesse Watters: Judge Juan Merchan, who is presiding over Trump’s so-called hush money case in New York, slapped an even bigger gag order on the former President last night. D.C. federal Judge Reggie Walton is facing an ethics complaint after he publicly voiced approval of New York Judge Juan Merchan's decision to issue a gag order on former President Donald Trump, who is set to go to trial in Manhattan this month on hush money charges. "Judge Walton must have known his interview was highly prejudicial to President Trump," the Article III Project, a conservative legal watchdog group, wrote in a complaint filed Tuesday with D.C. Court of Appeals Chief Judge Sri Srinivasan. Since airing last week, Walton's CNN interview has garnered millions of views, and with Trump set...

With yet another study showing trust in major media outlets hitting a near all-time low, there's no better time than right now for former ESPN star Sage Steele to reveal just how deep the institutional rot really runs. Over at TIPP Insights, Terry Jones — not the one from Monty Python, I'm reasonably certain — called it a "media tailspin" when he looked at the results of the latest I&I/TIPP poll on the public's trust in major news sources. TIPP asked more than 1,400 registered voters how much trust they have that traditional or "established" news outlets like the New...
