Cable and television viewers are losing interest in the onstage squabbles among Republican presidential contenders, according to the latest ratings data released after Wednesday night's event. A presidential candidate is finally talking about exercise in the context of reforming the broken American “health” care system. At the Republican debate in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy called on the health insurance industry to prioritize preventative medicine over high-dollar procedures that are only sought after disease has already taken hold. “They’ll pay for anything like feeding tubes, doctors to be pill pushers,” Ramaswamy said, but not for “the procedures that can actually make these patients better.”“Here’s the answer,” Ramaswamy added. “We need to start having diverse insurance options in a competitive marketplace that cover actual health, preventative medicine, diet,...

A top Biden campaign official was noncommittal on Wednesday about President Joe Biden participating in the general election debates. Quentin Fulks, the principal deputy campaign manager for the Biden-Harris campaign, was asked if the president was committed to participating now that the the Commission on Presidential Debates released a schedule. Fulks, former Democratic Alabama Sen. Doug Jones and Alabama state Rep. Barbara Drummond held a press conference in Tuscaloosa, Alabama where the fourth Republican primary debate will be held on the University of Alabama's campus later Wednesday night. 'At the end of the day, we're focused on building a campaign....

After watching two high level politicians (Newsome and Desantis) evade questions for over two hours, it seems to me like the masterevader (hmmm..) himself, A.Mayorkas, would be comic relief. In fact, just have extra points given for the most ridiculously off-topic answer and also for the laughter meter from the live audience. Let Dave Chappelle be the moderator and the off-aire sponsors be the most popular popcorn brands.

Former President Donald Trump mocked Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis' debate against California Gov. Gavin Newsom, dubbing it the 'Battle of Loserville,' as DeSantisworld sources say the governor's 2024 campaign is running out of steam. After midnight on Truth Social Friday, Trump shared a dubbed 'Battle of Loserville' video, with moderator Sean Hannity asking DeSantis, 'Have you ever betrayed the greatest president who ever lived, President Donald J. Trump.' Senior campaign aides are feeling gloomy about their chances in the upcoming primary, which kicks off with the Iowa caucuses on January 15. 'People increasingly think it's over,' a person close to...

Here is the full debate between Desantis and Newsome. Right from the start newsome evades the very first question: "Explain the phenomenon of why it is that so many people have left the state of California (in '21 and '22) that there is a net loss of 750K residents while Florida gained 454K residents."

As I write this, the debate between Gavin Newsom and Ron DeSantis is entering the final stretch, but short of a miracle turnaround, a winner has already emerged. DeSantis has hammered Newsom with facts throughout the night, and to Sean Hannity's credit, he's put up graphics with each question that have helped expose the California governor's continued lies. Once things end, there will be a lot to cover (and a heck of a lot to fact-check on Newsom's part), but one moment was just too good to not go ahead and share. In it, DeSantis began to recollect a conversation...

Thursday, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and California Gov. Gavin Newsom will face off on Fox News in the great “Red State vs. Blue State” debate, AKA the GovShove or the Acrimonica in Alpharetta or Sir Galahad’s Lament . Whatever it is dubbed, the debate is important for both men, with DeSantis – why didn’t he wait until ’28? – having to prove that his terrible campaign has been a mere eight-month “oopsy” and with Newsom having to prove that he is a human being and not just an autobot bred for office by the San Francisco elite. Over the past...

Three debates for next year’s presidential general election are set to be held in college towns in Texas, Virginia and Utah between Sept. 16 and Oct. 9 — though it remains to be seen whether either party’s candidate will actually participate. The nonpartisan Commission on Presidential Debates announced Monday that presidential candidates will first be scheduled to meet Sept. 16 at Texas State University in San Marcos, south of Austin. The vice presidential debate is scheduled nine days later at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. Presidential debates planned for Virginia State University in Petersburg on Oct. 1, and the University...

When Fox News anchor Laura Ingraham suggested he go one-on-one in a debate with 2024 rival Nikki Haley, Florida Gov. Ron Desantis replied, “Count me in!” “I’d like to see Ron DeSantis versus Nikki Haley. ‘The Angle’ volunteers our show as a platform,” Ingraham said Wednesday. “And the two of them, I think, need to debate it out, Haley in recent weeks has emerged as a growing threat to DeSantis, “He [DeSantis] will debate Nikki Haley. He is set to debate Gavin Newsom. And if Trump finds the courage, Ron DeSantis will debate him too,” Griffin continued. The Hill reached...

Republican National Committee chairwoman Ronna McDaniel blasted Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy Thursday over his call for her resignation during Wednesday’s debate.Ramaswamy demanded McDaniel’s resignation in his opening statement during the debate, drawing a huge round of applause and cheers from the audience. Republicans had a disappointing election night Tuesday, losing control of the Virginia General Assembly and failing to unseat Democratic Gov. Andy Beshear of Kentucky. Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel reportedly lost her cool at Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy during Wednesday night’s debate in Miami, Florida, but the RNC denies the claim. While McDaniel was sitting in the audience as the debate was ongoing, she referenced Ramaswamy, stating, “He’s an ***&^%^. Total ###*()#,” a source sitting in her vicinity told Timcast. “He’s desperate because he’s doing bad in the polls. He won’t be getting a cent from us,” she reportedly added. At last nights RNC debates...this was almost as much fun to watch as when the audience spontaneously broke out in a Trump chant.

VIDEOA very nasty and highly condescending Malcolm Gladwell of the New Yorker insisted on purposely mispronouncing the name of Matt Taibbi even after being corrected as well as calling British author Douglas Murray "Doug" during a debate about the mainstream media. In addition, Gladwell repeatedly played the race card in a desperate attempt to win the debate. In the end, Gladwell is served up with a delicious heaping of Karma as you can see as well as alienating the audience with his antics.

Wednesday on FNC’s “Hannity,” Harvard law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz and 2024 presidential hopeful Cornel West squared off against one another over the conflict between Israel and Hamas after a Hamas-staged terror attack on southern Israel.
