Federal authorities on Monday filed attempting kidnapping and assault charges against the alleged home invader accused of striking House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband with a hammer. Despite the fact that many parts of Jussie Smollett's alleged hate crime had already started to fall apart by the time the Washington Post "identity politics" reporter Eugene Scott wrote about it on Wednesday, he failed to mention any of this.
