  • Extremist gays using Wikipedia to push their agenda

    02/13/2006 6:24:53 PM PST · by Lou Franklin · 38 replies · 1,044+ views
I came across an article on Wikipedia called "Societal Attitudes Towards Homosexuality". I noticed that the article had an obvious pro-gay bias and contained fabrications. Since Wikipedia allows anybody to make changes, I made corrections. My changes were immediately changed back. I made changes again, and my changes were reverted again and then I got a warning against "vandalism". There are a slew of gay people who use Wikipedia to get their agenda out. They monitor the homosexuality-related pages on Wikipedia and remove any comments that aren't pro-gay. They also remove any middle-of-the road comments, and you can forget about...

An aide to Sen. Cornyn said that John Kerry is like "Christmas every day" for Republicans. Someone here said it was "Christmas in Cambodia" every day for Republicans. God bless 'em both. But what I REALLY want, is John Kerry to be the 2008 nominee for the Dems. Seriously. We couldn't get Dean in '04, but if we can make sure John Kerry gets credit for his political ploy here, maybe it will be the best gift of all. I actually am serious about this. Those that dissent from my opinion will not be flamed. But who would you rather...

Actor Richard Gere has embarked on another Mideast peace mission, touring the West Bank city of Ramallah on Tuesday and endorsing an end to violence. In his third visit to the region in recent months, Gere has met with Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas on Tuesday, a day after seeing Israeli leaders. On Tuesday, Gere visited a cultural center in Ramallah, the Palestinian administrative capital in the West Bank. He said Abbas' call for a halt to attacks against Israelis is important. "It is time to encourage the true face of the Palestinian people and the Palestinian movement," Gere said. Inside...

Birds do it, bees do it, even educated fleas do it. So go the lyrics penned by U.S. songwriter Cole Porter. Porter, who first hit it big in the 1920s, wouldn't risk parading his homosexuality in public. In his day "the birds and the bees" generally meant only one thing—sex between a male and female. But, actually, some same-sex birds do do it. So do beetles, sheep, fruit bats, dolphins, and orangutans. Zoologists are discovering that homosexual and bisexual activity is not unknown within the animal kingdom. Roy and Silo, two male chinstrap penguins at New York's Central Park Zoo...

President Bush is squeezing in some campaigning before the political spotlight turns to next week's Democratic National Convention in Boston. Bush's twin daughters, Barbara and Jenna, were to accompany him Tuesday. It's the first time they have made joint appearances with their dad on the campaign trail, although they each have traveled separately with him on other outings. The twins also will take part in an online chat Friday on Bush's re-election Web site. Bush flies to re-election rallies in Iowa and Missouri, toss-up states that he and Democratic rival John Kerry are fighting hard to win this year. Bush...

Gere attacks Bush over sex education 18/07/2004 - 12:51:59 Hollywood heart-throb Richard Gere launched a scathing attack on American President George W Bush's attitude to sex education in Bangkok on Tuesday. The passionate actor was speaking at the 15th International Aids conference in the Thai capital, after visiting India the previous week with his younger brother David to highlight the Aids epidemic. Gere took the opportunity to attack Bush's unrealistic approach to sex education after the president proposed in the 2005 budget that $270m (?216.8m) should be put into funding programs which dissuade teenagers from having sex. During his time...

Gere takes on BillRichard Gere stunned fellow liberals Monday by suggesting that President Bush is doing a better job of fighting AIDS than President Bill Clinton did. Introduced by Sharon Stone at a fund-raiser at Cipriani 42nd Street for the American Foundation for AIDS Research, the "Chicago" star hailed Bush for his State of the Union proposal to contribute $15 billion toward the AIDS battle in Africa and the Caribbean. Gere then addressed the track record of Bush's predecessor in the White House. "I'm sorry, Sen. [Hillary] Clinton, but your husband did nothing about AIDS for eight years," Gere said....

Actor Richard Gere thinks there's a nefarious motive behind President Bush's effort to oust Saddam Hussein, telling reporters at a Berlinali film festival: "I have a feeling something hidden is at work here that will someday see the light of day." He also displayed disdain for the U.S. as he claimed that "America has never paid any attention to other people, so it's absurd for Bush to say that it's all in the best interests of the Iraqi people." Gere's leftist rants occurred a few days after Dustin Hoffman, at a film awards event in London, accused the Bush administration...
