Did Belarusian programmers supply some of the Obamacare network software? Inquiring minds want to know..... Programmers linked to the government of Belarus claim to have supplied some of the code used in the Obamacare website. Valery Tsepkalo, of the Belarus government backed High Technology Park in Minsk, claimed (on Voice of Russia radio) that the HHS "is one of our clients" and that "we are helping Obama complete his insurance reform..... Our programmers wrote the program that appears on the monitors in all hospitals and all insurance companies- they will see the full profile of the given patient". MORE at...

Americans who care about the solvency of this nation ought to be seriously annoyed at the contempt for them shown by the Gang of Six “plan,” which even by the standards of “bipartisan” deal-making is a total joke. Even if you take seriously their figure of $3.7 trillion in savings over ten years, that represents a clawback across a decade of about two years of current deficits. If you take Jeff Sessions’s figure of $1.2 trillion in savings over ten years as being closer to the mark, that takes a decade to reverse about three-quarters of the 2011 deficit. Neither...

His initial statement said: "I consumed no alcohol prior to the incident."'Later, however, he issued a longer statement saying the attending physician for Congress had prescribed Phenergan on Tuesday to treat Kennedy's gastroenteritis.Kennedy said he returned to his Capitol Hill home on Wednesday evening after a final series of votes...

Good morning fellow FReepers -- Been trying to "fix" my brother's computer. Upon booting, an error message is displayed: Invalid Boot.ini file Booting from c:\windows\ And then: Windows\System32\Config\System missing or corrupt. Can't get into safe mode. When running CHKDSK /p or CHKDSK /r the process hangs/freezes 5% in. I tried the command bootcfg /rebuild to no avail. The error is "Failed...
