When Democratic presidential candidates get together to debate, it really is like watching the Mensheviks and the Bolsheviks, as Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) once joked.

When someone can encapsulate the insufferable stupidity of a political presentation, and simultaneously eviscerate political parseltongue it deserves to be watched. Michael Weiss watched President Obama’s oval office speech and then in two and a half minutes thoroughly obliterates it. So, an “anonymous source” has sent Vice magazine a one-minute video that purports to be home footage of President Barack Obama’s birth in a Kenyan hospital. Titled, “Obama Sr filmimg his sons birth in Kenya” [sic], the camera conspicuously focuses on “Ann Dunham’s” hospital chart and a Kenyan flag sticker before panning to a woman seemingly in labor. A suspiciously large (for a newborn) baby is then pulled from a tangle of sheets and the umbilical cord is cut. The woman cuddles the baby while the nurse and doctor applaud and the Aug. 4, 1961 date flashes.

Now that we have a president who was brave enough to stand up for marriage equality (same-sex marriage) we have turned the corner. Being the first (half) African-American President he understands oppression first hand from his years at Harvard Law (he read all about it there) and so he empathizes with the Lesbian-Gay-Bisexual-Transvestite (LGBT ) community and he has taken a bold, brave and historic stand for them in this election year. The "Occupy Wall Street" protesters have listed 13 proposed demands from their website. Demand one: Restoration of the living wage. This demand can only be met by ending "Freetrade" by re-imposing trade tariffs on all imported goods entering the American market to level the playing field for domestic family farming and domestic manufacturing as most nations that are dumping cheap products onto the American market have radical wage and environmental regulation advantages.
