Anti-Jewish, pro-Hamas protesters — such as those seen at Columbia and Yale — will be expelled if they try to pull the same stunts at Florida universities, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) made clear on Thursday. “You think about what happened when you have these Hamas demonstrators out. They’re taking over bridges, and they’re taking over roads,” he said, noting that these individuals do not have the right to do that. “How do you know if someone — someone may need to get to a hospital. Someone may need to pick up a child somewhere, and you’re just going to commandeer...

Anti-Israel protesters set up an “intifada” encampment on the campus of state-funded City College of New York Thursday — with participants raising a Palestinian flag over a quad. The encampment was set up Thursday morning, and by the afternoon the Convent Avenue campus was riddled with flags and signs, video from independent reporter Talia Jane showed. “Palestine calls this University Intifada,” Within Our Lifetime organizer Nerdeen Kiswani said into a megaphone, per indie reporter Oliya Scootercaster. “We have a right to control where our tuition goes and that it should never go to oppressing any people anywhere!” Kiswani added in...

Former George W. Bush adviser Karl Rove said Wednesday on Fox News Channel’s “America Reports” that anti-Israel protests at the Democratic Party’s Chicago convention in the summer are likely. Discussing President Joe Biden, Rove said, “On the one hand he came out against the protests and the attacks on Israel and Jewish students and on the other hand recognizing the plight of Palestinians. The statements of the written statements and the spokesman for the White House have been generally pretty tough, but the president himself set the tone by answering that question.”

A Jewish NYU professor tore into anti-Israel student protesters, calling out the “double standard” that allows them to spread antisemitism when hate spread about other groups would never be tolerated. “I can tell you, if I went into the NYU square with a white hood on and said, ‘Lynch the blacks’ or ‘Burn the gays,’ my ID would be shut off by that night,” Scott Galloway, an NYU Stern School of Business professor, told MSNBC on Tuesday. “I would never work in academia again,” he added. “There would be no need for the words ‘context’ or ‘nuance,’ I wouldn’t be...

On Friday’s broadcast of HBO’s “Real Time,” host Bill Maher predicted that this year’s Democratic National Convention in Chicago will be a repeat of the chaotic 1968 Democratic National Convention, which was also held in Chicago, because there will be large numbers of protesters whose “new cause” is “Hamas, to be on their side.” Maher said, “I was twelve years old, when they had it in 1968 in Chicago. It was like my baptism into politics, like, wow, this is kind of interesting shit going on on TV, and I know this is politics — but because there [were] hippies...

Dozens of cops in body armor and face shields descended on the Morningside Heights campus shortly after 1 p.m. and surrounded the encampment of a few dozen tents, which went up on Wednesday morning.

Sen. Tom Cotton on Tuesday doubled down on comments urging people delayed by traffic stemming from pro-Palestinian demonstrations to "forcibly remove" some protesters who are blocking streets. "Absolutely, I support people, if they’re blocked by traffic, by pro-Hamas vigilantes in the street, they should get out of their cars, they should move them to the side of the road, and they should let traffic continue," Cotton, R-Ark., told NBC News on Tuesday. Asked whether he was calling for violence against protesters, Cotton said he wasn't. "I’m saying that if people are trying to get to work or pick up their...

Protesters demonstrating against the war in Gaza repeatedly interrupted a Tuesday Senate hearing attended by Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Charles Brown. The protesters interrupted the Senate Armed Services Committee hearing on Capitol Hill twice, demanding the U.S. “stop funding Israel” and supporting a “genocide” in Gaza, where Israel is fighting a major war against Hamas. The group made it into the hearing room while Austin was delivering his opening remarks on the Pentagon’s 2025 budget request, forcing the committee to pause while police removed them from the room. “Stop killing my...

Activist Tarek Bazzi of the Hadi Institute said chants of “Death to America” and “Death to Israel” were only logical. “Why are our protests on the International Day of Al-Quds, why are they so anti-America?” he asked. “Why don’t we just focus more on Israel and not talk so much about America? Gaza has shown...

Twice failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was confronted by profanity-slinging pro-Palestinian protesters in New York City on Wednesday, days after she told voters upset about a rematch between former President Donald Trump and President Joe Biden to “get over yourself.” The Post Millennial noted Friday that the incident occurred Wednesday night after a fundraiser, which, according to the New York Post, Clinton was holding for Biden alongside Hamilton actor Lin-Manuel Miranda on Broadway. Those in attendance received a preview of the Clinton-produced play Suffs. Tensions were palpable outside after the event ended when Clinton was leaving, according to a video...

President Biden was met with a few dozen anti-Israel protesters standing outside his hotel in Dallas, Texas, Thursday morning, threatening to withhold their votes if he doesn’t change his administration’s policies toward the Gaza Strip. The protesters held signs calling for a cease-fire between Israel and the terror group Hamas — which controls the 3-mile-wide Palestinian territory of Gaza — amid humanitarian concerns over Israel’s planned ground invasion of Rafah. They also held signs saying, “In November, we will remember,” alluding to the protest movement threatening to not vote for Biden in 2024. “If we don’t get no justice, you...
