Adam Nagourney of the New York (Jihadi) Times, offers his "analysis" of the Lieberman loss to Corliss (oops!) Thomas Lamont in the Connecticut primary. It's the usual tired tut-tutting about why the pacifist appeasers are gaining strength in the Democratic party, though they're never identified as such; rather they're new blood, "winds of change", breathing life into the party. However, in all the "on the one hand, on the other hand" analysis no mention is made of the elephant in the room---Jew hatred...

Given the people involved in the Lamont campaign, the Kos', the Jesse Jacksons, the Al Sharptons, the usual "tolerant" leftist crowd, I agree with this analysis.
In fact, more than the war, Lieberman's defeat might be tied more closely to his religion than any other issue.
I wonder how much the recent conflict in Lebanon hurt Lieberman??
There are currently thirty seven Jewish members of Congress. 34 of them are Democrats and 3 are Republicans(Specter(PA) and Coleman(MN) in the Senate and Cantor(VA) in the House).
Another Jewish Indepedent (democratic socialist), Bernie Sanders has 27 or 31 point lead on his likely Republican opponents for the open Vermont Senate seat of retiring "jumpin'" Jim Jeffords.
I had never been on huffingtonpot.com, and I was shocked t the disgusting language and the outrageous anti-Semitism. It really makes you appreciate what we have here.
