Adam Nagourney of the New York (Jihadi) Times, offers his "analysis" of the Lieberman loss to Corliss (oops!) Thomas Lamont in the Connecticut primary. It's the usual tired tut-tutting about why the pacifist appeasers are gaining strength in the Democratic party, though they're never identified as such; rather they're new blood, "winds of change", breathing life into the party. There are currently thirty seven Jewish members of Congress. 34 of them are Democrats and 3 are Republicans(Specter(PA) and Coleman(MN) in the Senate and Cantor(VA) in the House).
Another Jewish Indepedent (democratic socialist), Bernie Sanders has 27 or 31 point lead on his likely Republican opponents for the open Vermont Senate seat of retiring "jumpin'" Jim Jeffords.
