The time to challenge President-elect Obamas citizenship has long since passed. Based on long-standing principles of election law, opponents must raise defects in nominating petitions, including the eligibility of the candidate, at the time of the filing of the nominating petition. Petitions were filed in late 2007 and early 2008. There were no legal challenges And not for nothing: Dont you think that Senator Clinton would have raised this issue in order to keep BHO off the ballot? Citizenship will remain as a political issue, and may return as a legal issue in 2012.

Ask him if it was real, why won't Obama’s lawyers submit this document in court to stop the over a dozen court cases? Obi's guys won't do that because it is a fake and they will not commit legally binding fraud / perjury.

It’s not even 10 minutes long.....
I thought it made points very clear in the first two minutes. If you can’t spend 10 minutes of research then why spend 20 minutes arguing with the fools you’ve been arguing with?

People are really suffering from RCI (Rectal Cranial Inversion) on this site lately. Every red blooded conservative should be storming the capitol at this point until the alleged American produces what is REQUIRED of him. Produce the birth certificate or the electors cannot elect him. Boy, do I wholeheartedly agree with that statement.
It's beginning to appear that we either storm the capitol now, or we storm it later. There's no doubt that the Tree of Liberty is going to get some watering if we elect the latter.

I see the U.S. Supreme Court as the final arbiter as to whether or not a candidate can legitimately and constitutionally assume the office. As far as our government is concerned, that may be true, but there is one "final arbiter", and that is The People.

Oh yeah, they're so marginalized that they control both Houses and now Executive. There you go again. Just because the democrats control the White House and Congress, doesn't mean they're the same fringe elements that the 9/11 "truther" people are, now does it? How many democrats currently elected to congress have said they think Bush made 9/11 happen on purpose?
To: CommieCutter
I found the info elsewhere.
Thanks for taking the time to summarize that video though. /s/

How many democrats currently elected to congress have said they think Bush made 9/11 happen on purpose? How many of them relied on the votes of such people, and didn't disavow their beliefs?
To: saganite
Sorry you can’t sift through 4 minutes of video. By the time it took you to find the “summarized” version you could have actually paid attention and summarized it yourself.
Of course, I don’t know how much more summarized a 4 minute video can get.

It takes me about a half hour or more to download a 4 minute video but thanks again for your summary. /s/

For the most part folks on FR are cooperative and pleasant but I occasionally run across an asshole. I chalk it up to poor breeding and a lack of manners. Discussion over. Feel free to fling more childish insults. I won’t be reading them.
