Attempt To Shut Down Federal Eligibility Suit in Santa Ana, California

It appears that a judge Nakazato is attempting to steal this case from the original judge Carter without even following the procedural filings to do so. Typically motions have to be filed to inform the plaintiffs that a new judge is being assigned. Then the parties have to repspond etc. Apprently the new judge appeared out of thin air and said:" OK. I'm the new judge."

Did I interpret this correctly? Where did the old judge go? what happened?

Wow! If this is not confirmation that there is something very, very wrong here. What are they hiding? They are not even filing the rules of the court. It is as if Judge Carter never existed and this new judge just appears. Chilling!

Anyone who has the ability to form logical thoughts should realize by now Obama is a fraud.

And where is Judge Carter on this? Did he object? How and why did the replacement come about? Did he not want to go any further and so they simply stuck in someone not afraid to break the rules in order to get rid of the case?

Can people contact Carter about this?

Is the 2nd judge trying to deny Due Process in this case?

Big BS flag here if true.

Since Orly did not add any commentary, I am interpreting this latest ruling. I think it says that a new judge has taken over out of thin air without following the procedures.

It would be nice if some legal types could comment on this ruling. It appears as if judge Carter never existed and this new judge materialized out of nowhere.

Well if you read the motion it certainly appears that Orly is objecting to a new judge without even being told this would happen or being given the opportunity to object. It is like judge carter never existed.

Since Orly did not add commentary, I am assumng this is correct.

I go there all the time without such objections. Some people get that.

Taitz’ blog shows she filed an objection. Parties are entitled to a US District Court judge unless they both agree to allow a magistrate judge to sit on the case. It's a right.

Judging from Orly’s record, she probably just forgot or misplaced the notifications about the new judge.

Are you saying Nakazato is a magistrate judge in this case and that it is an option rather than have a Federal judge? What is the advantage of a magistrate judge?

From what I’ve seen, those alerts pop up when a visitor reports the site to Google as inappropriate or contaminated.

Seeing how Obots operate, I can see them reporting Orly’s site, just to keep people from visiting. It’s probably ok to view - just make sure your virus software is on and up to date, which you should be anyway when you’re on the internet.

Orly says that Google placed the warning there on behalf of Soros’s son who sits on the board of directors of Google.

She says to ignore it and click on the bottom right button/link to ignore it.

This message is on her website telling why the warning was placed there and by whom!

What have we learned here? The law may or may not have been followed.

Lawyers write the law, lawyers enact it, lawyers argue it, and lawyers decide it, and if you DARE to understand it, lawyers change it!! Your job is to bow down and accept it, quivering with awe at the amazing job the lawyers are doing. Oh, and pay them their fees while you’re at it. Big fees.

Can sometimes have a case move along a bit more quickly. In this case, it's wise to stick with a judge who already said it would quickly be resolved on the merits.
