Maybe Maryland can explain why ACORN was still in operation in the state without a charter.

Bring on the pre-trial discovery. This will expose the fraud of leftist political activism front and center for all the world to see.

“two party” consent is BADLY worded ,, it actually means “all parties” ...
This is great ,, it’ll keep it in the news for quite a while.

Great! Now this scandal is going to finally get appropriate coverage in the MSM?
On second thought probably not. Never underestimate the MSM's biased agenda to ignore or bury in back pages stories that are damaging to the left.

Yes, please, go ahead and file. I can hardly wait until they get to the discovery phase of the case! We will finally be able to get our eyes and hands on all of the incriminating documents.

Amazing audio of ACORN workers advising how to set up under-aged prostitution operation to look like a "small school", being "OK" with "induced sexual violence" (on the kids) in order to create 'higher profits', AND confessing to a supposed murder! The part on the under-aged prostitution ring begins about 4 minutes and 30 seconds into the 35 min audio segment. And it continues on at about 11 mins into it (following other news). Note: you can slide the bar on the audio player over to the 4:30 mark in order to skip pass the other stuff.

I am sure ACORN knows that trials has a discovery process - which means that they could have to turn over a massive amounts of damaging paperwork...

Isn’t this the same law that they persecuted Linda Tripp for in the Clinton/Lewinski scandal? Does this law also apply to FBI wiretaps or programs such as “To Catch A Predator”? It sounds to me like ACORN, that has lots of Federal money in their coffers, is going to try to bankrupt this couple. They will need a legal defense fund...

LOL!! Even if ACORN isn’t quite dumb enough to try suing (and who can be sure?), you can depend on the fired workers doing it, who figure they have nothing left to lose! More POPCORN!!

ACORN is also contemplating a civil suit seeking an injunction aginst O’Keefe and Giles to prevent them from distributing the videos, according to an an email.
+++ +++ +++ +++
Must be they have to file a law suit to be able to stop more tapes from going out. They know there must be 50 more offices on tape.
