I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".
The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:
In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of O’ahu or on the neighbor islands of Kaua’i, Hawai’i, Maui, Moloka’i, or Lana’i), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of O’ahu) respectively.
MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the “Date filed by the State Registrar” is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).
There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obama’s Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).
There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.

Presumably after he is removed from office(big if and when)and its under circumstances of a mysterious origin(AIDS, stroke, Michelle goes Jihad)there will be millions of people asking for the truth.
And thus its our responsibility to ensure the future history HAS the truth, not a manufactured puppet with strings shielded in secrecy.

You are absolutely right. Nobama will have retired on a gubmint pention by the time the birthers accomplish anything. I don’t understand why they never mention the Republican Governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle. Surely she could help.
Actually there must be a concerted and very well documented effort by several independent vetting agencies for ANY and ALL politicians.
They can be classed by their eligibility rating.
A-1-Suitable for Presidential nomination.
B-2-Suitable up to Senator or Governor.
The ratings should also show the absolute limit as well due to place of birth, place of parents birth etc.

AFTER-birthers is more accurate, first we had the birthers, then those who attacked the birthers came about, so hence they are AFTER-birthers.

Okubo has confirmed the Factcheck COLB is a forgery.
And Fukino has confirmed that they have to look at 2 or more vital records for Obama’s birth before they can come up with a statement that he was born in Hawaii. According to Hawaii law, that means that Hawaii does NOT VOUCH for the accuracy of what’s on those records.
The Hawaii AG’s office refuses to say whether Fukino’s statement was legal. I suspect it’s because they know it’s not - because Fukino is not allowed to make such a disclosure, AND because she cannot legally conclude what she did about his birthplace because Obama has never presented his birth records as evidence to her or anybody else.

Exactly. And the fact that Obama’s lawyers referred to the Factcheck COLB ties them to the forgery. The Hawaii DOH including a link to the Factcheck forgery seems to be an endorsement of the forgery as well, which should get them in a whole heap of trouble.
The Fight the Smears COLB is also a forgery - posted on Obama’s own website. It doesn’t have the certificate number on it, but it also doesn’t have note of the amendment.
By June of 2007 Obama had already amended his birth certificate. Why did he use somebody else’s? It would have been easier to just delete the note of the amendment off of his own.
I’m really wondering if Obama CAN’T get a COLB because his birth certificate has a void flag. I asked Okubo for a blank form that they use for COLB’s which don’t meet the standard to be prima facie evidence. Here’s that exchange:
I said: “This form for an abbreviated copy of a birth certificate has the “prima facie” statement on it. Please send a blank voided copy of both the standard copy and abbreviated copy form used when a certificate no longer qualifies as prima facie evidence - such as amended or delayed birth certificates.”
She responded: “A redacted birth certificate is attached. There are no other records responsive to your request.”
I’m wondering if his certificate was ever given a number and whether - even if it has a number now - it can be printed as a COLB since it doesn’t qualify as prima facie evidence.
Either she is saying that they give the same birth certificate regardless of whether the certificate is legally void, OR that they won’t print a COLB at all if the certificate is legally void.
How do you guys read her response?

On my Long form BC it has two boxes (box 11b “Date received by local Registrar” and box 11c “Date Accepted by the state”), on mine they both have a hand stamp (meaning a stamp held in someone’s hand where dials are turned to give the correct date, yes old school style) both of which read Aug 14 1969.
My birthday is Aug. 7th 1969. in box 10a there is the “Certifier signature”, the Dr. who delivered me, Dr. Moncur MD in this case. He certified my live birth on Aug 13th 1969, which is hand written out with the same pen that the Dr. signed his name (box 10a) with in box 10b (the date).
On my computer printed COLB it states:” DATE FILED BY REGISTRAR August 14, 1969”
I was born in Honolulu Hawaii, and so the “date received by local registrar”, “date accepted by the state” and “date filed by the registrar” are all the same date, Aug 14 1969. My Certificate was signed by the Dr the day before (Aug 13 1969), sent to the Honolulu office the next day (Aug 14 1969).
This story adds up perfectly.
Upon calling the DOH and asking what the difference between “filed by” and “accepted” on meant, I was told that they meant the same thing. The same story they gave Misstickley. Which is a true story, they just left out the fact that on the outer islands the date that a record is accepted by the state and the day it gets an actual FILE number in Honolulu could easily have been different.
She has done it, the Posted COLB on FactCheck etc is with certainty a forgery.

He amended his Birth records during the period he decided to run for POTUS. WHY WOULD HE NEED TO DO THAT?
